Located on the sugar-white beachfront of Perdido Key, this beautiful vacation condo overlooks the emerald green Gulf and is the perfect place to spend your vacation days. Relax in the Florida sunshine, go shelling, go for a refreshing swim, and most importantly, make memories with friends and family. You may even catch the Blue Angels Flight Team buzzing the beach on their practice days!
This airy condo is standing by to please guests who appreciate a more natural, more laid back beach community. Perdido Key is well known to be a boaters paradise and offers miles of undeveloped, natural beaches in the local community's parklands. It is no exaggeration to claim Perdido Key's white sand beaches are among the most beautiful beaches in the world. This family-friendly vacation destination has pleased multiple generations, with adults bringing their children back to experience a wonderful vacation from their childhood.
This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath gulf front vacation condo in the Ocean Breeze West tower that comfortably sleeps 6. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, LCD television, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the sofa is a sleeper that accommodates 2. It's perfect for a family or group of friends. The living space is tastefully furnished and walks out onto the balcony with a living postcard view. There is a flat screen television to enjoy when you're not sitting on the private balcony. The kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, is fully equipped for dining in, when you're not enjoying one of the popular local restaurants for dinner.
Add value to your vacation by enjoying complimentary excursions offered to guests of PKRM. Book 1 excursion per day, per reservation for deep sea fishing, golf at Lost Key Golf Course, local waterway cruises enjoying the sunset or looking for dolphins, or even tickets to OWA Amusement Park. There is also fun to had enjoying shopping, dining experiences and local attractions, just short drives away to Downtown Pensacola or to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I didn't like getting the door code at the last minute would have loved to print, floor was filthy my brother walked barefooted and his feet were black from walking from the bathroom to the balcony no toiletries except for small soap packets, balcony was filthy, wicker love seat on the balcony broke when my 110lb sis in law sat on itToilet in master bedroom seat needs to be replaced looks horrible looks like it came from a dump

The highlight is the LOCATION! Absolutely perfect beach area and so easy to get to the beach. The unit was fine for a place to sleep but there was a strong odor of cleaning products and definitely needs some updating. Only 2 burners on the stove worked and the pots and pans are clearly very used. Maybe we have a different perspective because our relatives were in another unit in the same building for a similar price per square foot and their unit was recently updated and super nice. I wish we would have been informed we needed to provide our own toilet paper and dish soap as we would have purchased these items at the grocery store on the way there. Really easy check-in and out, and the property managers were really responsive via text. Would we come back to this building? In a heartbeat. Would we choose this unit again? Probably not.

It was great!

The check in process was super easy, the room was a little dated which I didn’t mind, but it was clean. It was in a good area and great for the price. No complaints!

Beach Retreat

The unit is rather dated, but we're there for the beach views, so not a deal breaker necessarily. It was comfortable and just what we needed. We love the larger balcony. However, there were lots of little things that started to add up, which is why it didn't get 5 stars. There were no pot holders, some bedroom pillows didn't have pillow cases (which property management did bring by when we brought it up), a sponge was left but no dish soap, just dishwasher tabs (again, they did bring it), the second bedroom fitted sheet had holes and was extremely worn, for a place that sleeps 6, it only had 6 towels and only 1 dishtowel and dish cloth (so be prepared to do laundry). One dining chair leg was broken, and the bench seating on patio was unstable. That being said, the upside is that the property management company was always responsive and easy to communicate with. That is very much appreciated.

Thanksgiving

My sister and I had a wonderful week on the beach! Our condo was nicely updated and decorated. The furniture in the living room was nice but not as comfortable as it might have been. We spent most of our time on the beach or the comfortable balcony watching the waves roll in anyway! The madmen team was great!

Mold, Mold, Mold

This is the worst condo we have stayed in at Perdido Key and we come often. This unit was unsanitary and in desperate need of some TLC. When you walk in the unit you are hit with a weird smell. The door has a gap in it when you close it and it makes a howling sound from the wind. The secondary bedroom has a musty smell and the wall decor is very dusty. There were also hairs on the pillow cases. The wall also had places that something was sprayed on it and dried there. The latch on the dishwasher is broken and when maintenance man came to look at it he said it is broken but if you push really hard you can get it to work. The dining area floor had two cracked tiles. The secondary bathroom has mold on the ceiling. There is also a toilet brush that looks like it has been used for years and is stained next to the toilet. That is very unsanitary and gross! There were also a lot of gnats covering the mirror the night we arrived. The master bathroom ceiling has mold by the A/C vent and all over the shower ceiling . The shower curtain was covered in mold and I had to request a new one! Which they did give me. The shower washcloth bar is broken on the ends and has mold growing it. The shower handle also has mold growing in it. The wall has been patched where a hole was but not repainted. The air vents in the unit also look like they could have mold growing in them but it could just be caked on dust. Also, beachfront in front of the condo is reserved for beach chair rentals only.

Quick beach getaway

The view from our eighth floor balcony was awesome!! Always had that gulf breeze and beautiful white sand beaches. A nice secured boardwalk beach access to clean and pristine sand.

Expectations too high?

My expectations may be too high but I would have thought that the property would have provided some dish liquid to wash pots/pans. But they did not. I would have thought that they would have provided clothes detergent for one load, but they did not. I would have thought that the sofa and pillows would be clean but they were not. They looked more like a crime scene. I would have also thought that there would have been enough towels for each guest to wash their face twice a day, but they didn't. If I had stayed at a hotel and had the same scenario, I would have demanded another room.

Nice stay in Perdido Key

Our family had a great week in Perdido Key. The location is great and we loved our beach view. The condo itself needs some TLC. It served its purpose but all mattresses are very worn out, bathrooms had a lot of black mold around handle bars in the showers and some on the back of a shower curtain. Overall, the unit looks quite beat-up. The fold out sofa is not comfy but many times they are not. We had a little issue accessing our codes to get into the unit and were not able to contact anyone by phone or text. Luckily, the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes or so.

Overall good

We enjoyed staying in this condo. A few things could use attention within the condo, but for us, it was perfect for our vacation. I would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay when visiting Perdido Key.

Great time!

We had a great time! The location was perfect, condo was super clean and as described. My only complaint is the master bedroom mattress. It's time to upgrade/replace it. Other than that, perfect and we will definitely consider staying here again,
