Enjoy a peaceful getaway at Snow-Kin Mountain House! Our cozy 2 bedroom carriage style Vermont home is located less than 10 minutes from Mount Snow and 18 minutes from Stratton.

Whether you are in the area for skiing, hiking, or just to get away from it all, Snow-Kin Mountain house is an ideal place to stay!

Fully equipped kitchen if you choose to dine in at home. Pull up an Adirondack chair and relax by the outdoor fire pit!

Perfect for small families, couples or a few friends looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay all year round!

*Please note for summer bookings, we do not have air conditioning. We have ceiling fans located in every room and screens in windows.
*Security cameras are located over the driveway and backyard areas, as well as a doorbell camera.

Very cozy, modern, and clean mountain cabin with all the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend getaway! Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the Mount Snow/Stratton area!

The property was in a nice location with neighbors and still felt somewhat secluded. In terms of cleanliness we had high hopes as this listing has good reviews. However, it was not as clean as it could have been. Especially considering there is a cleaning fee associated with the listing. There were food crumbs on the couch and floor when we arrived, and the shower was quite slimy to the point where we we ended up replacing the shower curtain liner with our own money as the liner that was in the shower was covered in roughly 8” of orange scum buildup around the bottom. The couch was also covered in stains and the property is clearly not deep cleaned between pets staying at the location. The layout of the house is nice and the kitchen is sweet and the beds are comfortable. Be aware that all the spices and pantry items are expired past a year or more including an open bag of flour that expired in 2023. Also the sheets and towels were heavily fragrant from scented detergent or perhaps fabric softener. So people with skin or fragrance sensitivities should beware.The screened in porch is great and once we re-cleaned the listing ourselves, it was fine and we over all had a nice stay in Vermont.

Very easy to get to clean and fairly modern We were only there a weekend but spent most of our time on the screen porch which was really nice to do I would love to stay there on our next getaway The host was easily accessible and a nice guy to deal with

Immaculate home - close to Stratton and Mt Snow

This was a cozy 2 bedroom house with a connecting bathroom and open kitchen / dining area / seating area. The layout of the space is efficient, uncluttered, super clean and tastefully decorated. The house is 15 minutes away from Stratton Lot B and about 18 minutes away from Lot A.

Phenomenal Experience

This is my third time renting this establishment. It is fantastic! Probably the most well-equipped rental I have ever had, and to add to it, the neighbors are terrific! My ski partners and I will be back next January! My sincere thanks to the owners.

Wonderful getaway place to stay

This was such a great , cozy cottage! Everything was clean, worked and full of high quality items in the kitchen. The screened in porch was perfect! Like being outside without the bugs! The fire pit was so nice, too and the Adirondack chairs were the high end quality; not the average kind! A decoy repeat place to go to!

Phenomenal Accomodations!

A terrific place! Wonderful hosts, wonderful neighbors, and probably the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever experienced outside of my own! This is my second time in 2 months staying at this house. I will be back!

So clean an extremely nice hosts!

My family and I went up to vermont for a weekend and booked this house. It was extremely clean and had all the necessities! Along with that, the hosts were extremely kind and helpful! Location is also great, it's a 12 minute drive to Mt Snow. Me and my family had a great time, I would recommend staying here! :)

Christmas ski week

We loved this cozy house! Perfect for a family of 5. Well maintained and clean. Only 10 minutes to mount snow and a cute market down the road. Nice area! We highly recommend!
