With the exception of the house being hot when we arrived, everything was great ! The next time we visit DC for a baseball game, we will definitely try to stay here again !

Great weekend getaway

Townhome was lovely, clean, quiet, and exactly what was needed to simply unwind. Close proximity to Metro hub made for easy in & out to DC for museum visits. Would definitely consider booking this property again. Host was very easy to communicate with, and yet never once intrusive.

Great and Spacious Location for Visiting Washington DC

The hosts were very attentive and communicative. Their place is nice and allowed my entire family of four to stretch out and get their own space. A quick 10 min or so drive to DC (Capitol, White House, Monuments, etc), but also easy access to buses and trains if desired. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The property was in a great location. It was updated and sleep and leisure time were comfortable. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the shared bathroom (sink did not run hot water, only tepid) and the shower faucet was difficult to maneuver into the off position. I did inform the host of the issues.

Super clean and affordable

This was a great base from which we explored DC. Plenty of street parking, as well as a designated spot in the back. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro. All the beds were super comfortable, and our hosts promptly addressed any questions we had. Not much available in the neighborhood itself, but getting to restaurants in the trendier areas was easy via Metro, and reasonably priced ride shares.

A weekend family getaway in DC

We had a great experience in DC while staying at Emily and Zach's property. Check in was very detailed and easy. The house itself was VERY clean, cozy and was exactly how the pictures showed it. The property had everything you needed. Location was excellent and was within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown DC. (Depending on traffic). Although we did not use it, public transportation was was easily within walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet and had ample free parking, which is pretty rare in the DC area. Emily and Zach were phenomenal hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. If we are ever back in DC, this is the only place where we will stay.

Really Nice Property

The property is nice and looks just like the pictures (better in person). The hosts were quick to respond to all of my questions and even allowed us to extend our time. Just a heads up there's no TV in any of the bedrooms (which we didn't mind) and no iron so be sure to bring one ;)
