"La Casa Bianca" Fabulous 3 Bed Home next to H St & Union Market

Welcome to La Casa Bianca, our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a couple blocks from H St and a couple minutes driving from Union Market, our place is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home.
Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving).

The house is located in NE DC and a couple blocks from H St, a couple minutes driving from Union Market, 10 minutes driving from the White House and all the main touristic attractions downtown. Whole Foods store is just 5 min driving. Closest airport is Reagan National Airport (20-25 min driving), Baltimore International Airport is about 45 min driving and Dulles Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving.

Our unit has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main level. A king bedroom, 2 full separate bathrooms, and a kids room with bunk beds (one full and one twin) on the lower level. The unit can comfortably host up to 7 guests. There is also one sofa bed in the living room so the max capacity is 8 guests.

The unit features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest.

Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. Please login using your credentials. The living room has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available.

1 private parking space available in the back of the property. Street parking is also available in front of the property. Please watch street signs for parking hours.

**Property has 2 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

Noise levels: Our property is located in a big city, so there will always be a certain level of noise coming from construction sites nearby, cars, ambulances, firetrucks, etc. We do not issue reimbursements for street or construction noise. High chair and pack n play crib is available for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

HOUSE RULES

NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Guests that are caught bringing pets or having parties without our consent will be required to leave the property immediately.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Guests that are caught smoking inside the property will be required to leave the property immediately.

Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.
