Great stay in Traverse City! Highly recommend! Room was very clean, bed was comfy, lots of pillows, shower was amazing! Close to everything, walking distance to beach on Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Tpraverse City with all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to downtown Traverse City, the beach and wineries. It was great to have a designated parking spot that we could leave the car for the weekend. Finding a uber to our location was quick since we were a few blocks from the main intersections. It was quite and we did not hear our neighbors. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Anniversary Weekend

Stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. Was the perfect location to walk to almost anything needed and close to the wineries.

Great location and just enough space!

Great rental near all that downtown Traverse has to offer. I would describe the unit as similar to a hotel room. It was perfect for our needs since we didn’t need a kitchen and it was just the two of us. Would stay here again.

Although the room is small it meet our needs. We were pleased to note that we did not hear outside noise. Walking distance to the downtown area.

This Studio was perfectly located downtown, we walked everywhere. Room is very clean and modern, bed comfortable and great shower. We will stay here again. Only think management could do is upkeep of the outdoor spaces, lots of spiderwebs/spiders in the outdoor entries

Not a one bedroom!

They advertise this under the heading of “one bedroom” and then note later on in the detailed description and try and call it a “one bedroom studio”. That is not such a thing. It is a very small studio. That is it. Also, fairly shabby complex with very old carpet in the hallways. AC was subpar and while it cooled the unit, everything was damp and sticky in the room.

Hi Gregory, this unit you booked is indeed a one bedroom studio as clearly stated in the unit's description, as well as seen in the pictures. Also the AC has a "dry mode" option which you clearly did not select or even asked us with, which we should've been able to help you with.

Good location, could be better responsiveness to issues

The property was pretty much as advertised, but we were informed shortly before our stay that the fold up table was not working, and would not lock in the 'table' position. The issue was not corrected during our stay and, while apologetic, the property rep was unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of having no usable table in the unit. If considering unit 4, please check that the table has been fixed ahead of booking.

Decent Place with Some Issues

The room seemed newly renovated and was very clean but it did have a few issues. The biggest one was the door lock. It had an electronic type lock and would not lock the door when activated from the outside without repeating it several times while manipulating the door at the same time. My 2 brothers and their wives stayed in 2 adjacent rooms and all of us had the same problem. Another issue I had was the step-down into the room from the door. Although there is a sign on the door telling you to watch your step, this was not mentioned in the description for the room. So as soon as you open the door, the first step into the room is about a 7-8 inch step-down into the room. They did provide Kuerig coffee pods for the coffee maker but no sweetener/sugar or cream was provided. For the price of this room, I feel at least some of these issues could have been addressed earlier prior.

The VRBO was in an excellent location where we were able to walk everywhere. While the room is tiny, the location made up for it and the room was clean. My only complaint is the bathroom had a bad odor whenever you’d walk in.
