Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Osprey Suite 304 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Great property. Location was fantastic for the event (Surfer’s Healing Camp) that we were attending. It was located at the beach access the camp was on.

Great location

My wife and I loved the condo location and the ocean views from our deck. Fantastic restaurants, bars, and stores are all within walking distance. The only thing I would like to see (and the reason for 4 stars) is some updates made to the condo and to the building itself. Otherwise, our experience was great over a crazy Fourth of July weekend.

Needs updating.

Condo was old and needs updating. The king size bed sagged in the middle and was not comfortable at all. They also did not allow you to turn the air conditioning down below 72 degrees, so it was very warm in the bedroom at night. Bathroom needs updating and the whole place could use an overhaul. I opened the closet door and could not get it closed because it came off the track. The location was nice; I would look for another condo in this building and avoid this one. I won't stay here again.

Modest, but Nice & Convenient

This property comes with a list of advantages & some negatives... On the good side: It's clean, convenient, safe, is steps to the beach. It has an assigned parking spot, a balcony with ocean view, is close to many shops and restaurants, and the customer service is very responsive. On the not-so-great side: The pics online do not accurately depict the property. Many small tweaks would easily uplevel it - It's dark inside and could use lighting. It really needs to be updated - the furniture is adequate, but not pretty at all. The bathroom is tiny - no place to hang towels. There were 5 old wire hangers in the closet. There is no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels. There is no nightstand on one side of the bed. There is no small table on the balcony. While we enjoyed our time there, we will explore other properties the next time we come down...

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the living room tv did not work. I called the number and the guy came right away. Said the Raku wasn’t working. He called later that day to ask to come over but I told him we were leaving Sunday. No worriesOnly complaint I have which is not in your control is the noise level in a house across the street. OMG. They were so loud through 4am all weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property certainly needs an update. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards must be the originals from 1985 and haven’t even been washed or painted. Cupboard under the sink was stuck open during our entire stay.The bathroom was so dirty that I showered with my sandals on.

Great Location

Great Location in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Simple and clean location. Can be really loud when the bars let out around 2am.
