Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Delightful Location in Wrightsville Beach

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is right on the beach with a beautiful balcony and comfortable pool. The location is very convenient, with Robert’s Market for groceries, wine and beer just steps away; The Shed for chair and umbrella rental across the street; and South Beach Grill (delicious) right around the corner. The condo was clean and well stocked and communication was perfect. We would stay again! Highly recommend.

Right on the Ocean

Location was prime with direct access to the ocean and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were not ready to return home yet.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo. The ocean views are stunning, both from inside and from the spacious deck, and the location couldn’t be better—steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach, and within a block of restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. Everything about the condo made for a great experience.The only area that could be improved is the bunk beds. While described as “adult sized,” they felt more suited for children. Our 13-year-old daughter barely fit, and the mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, with noticeable springs and supports. The bunks are also positioned closely together, making it easy to bump your head. With upgraded mattresses or a redesign, this would be a near-perfect rental.Overall, we loved our stay and would gladly return.

Fantastic location, nice furniture, great balcony, nice pool. Huge issue that it is advertised to sleep 4 people, but the bunkbeds have no top rail so it is unsafe and one guest had to sleep on the couch. We contacted the host about the bed rail and they didn't reply. Other communication was OK but the tone was a little negative and the check in/out instructions came pretty late. Overall, I really fantastic Location with issues that are easy to fix but unacceptable at this price point.

Wonderful little piece of paradise !

It was everything we imagined. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view and easy access to beach. The only problem was in getting into the main door with code. Had to push/ pull the door. The manager on call was very helpful but they definitely need to fix that door ( or put up a sign saying to push door before you pull). Otherwise everything was great!

Great Ocean View

Pictures are deceiving. A lot of maintenance was needed. Couldn’t use tv in living area, cabinet doors in kitchen did not all close and were old warn and sticky. I honestly didn’t want to touch the handles. Sliding doors were hard to open and close. Floors had sandy grit on them and I felt not sanitized like the ad had said. I felt for the price it needed a lot of upkeep And should have been more inviting. As for what the condo could be and its location were great.

Great Location/Serious updating needed

First off, the location and view were very nice. Really close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent from that perspective. The condo itself has a nice floor plan and plenty of space for two adults, although the bathroom is tiny. The big disappointment is that it is in serious need of an update and a coat of paint. The kitchen cabinets are cheaply made, doors don’t close properly and are very chipped up. Doors throughout the space are banged up and the kitchen floor tile is stained and gross. Tables throughout also have a lot of wear and tear. The main sitting area furniture appears to be new and is comfortable. Lastly, the whole place needs painted and fixtures and appliance need updated. The kitchen utensils could use upgraded (dull knives, only 4 forks), as well as bathroom towels and bedroom linens. The property has great potential but is not currently someplace we would return to.

Parking space number is not very well displayed (hidden, you need to look for it) It would've been nice if property management provided the better explanation or just a couple of pictures of the parking space and how to access the building from the street. The owner should invest a little money in a new lockbox for the room, the room furniture and patio/balcony furniture. The unit definitely could be rented for a higher price if updated.
