Approximately a mile from the water, Beachy Breeze is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and stunning sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district that includes free use of an electronic golf cart to explore the area!

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Beachy Breeze is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway and week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Beachy Breeze features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and SmartTV, with an attached bathroom.

There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and SmartTVs.  

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

There is a fully fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating with a table and a charcoal grill.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Beachy Breeze, you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. The property was super clean and great location. We didn’t cook while there and took advauof the golf cart for a couple outings. One thing to note is the beds were more like full size rather than queen. Not a problem for us but some people may want something bigger if sharing.

This is one of the nicest properties were have ever stayed in. I appreciated the clear communication with the property manager. It was extremely helpful. The property was VERY clean and fully stocked with enough kitchenware that we fixed at least one meal a day there. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach and keep the sand out of our vehicle. We enjoyed the city so much. I hope to return to the area again soon.

Had a great Mardi Gras weekend at Beachy Breeze!! The house was spotless and very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition as well! Chris was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Will definitely keep Beachy Breeze on the rental list!!!

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. It was terrific! The host was very responsive and the house was great! It was clean and the location was perfect. The street is very quiet and not a lot of traffic. We visited our son and his family in Ocean Springs and the location was close to them. We will certainly stay here again. Stayed at this updated home in quiet neighborhood for a week. VERY CLEAN!! Home had everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms and nice beds. Great patio to drink coffee and watch the squirrels. Host was VERY quick to respond to any questions. Had zero problems here. The golf cart was a great addition to head out to downtown or the beach in our free time. Thank You for a great stay!

This was an amazing space. It was clean and sufficient with everything we needed! Having the golf cart access to move around locally was the cherry on top for my children. The host was kind and communicated quickly. I would def recommend and come again!
