Less than a mile from the water, Southern Exposure is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography of the Gulf Coast. Southern Exposure is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Southern Exposure features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed, with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds.  The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

***There is a fully enclosed backyard for those bringing furry friends for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bring a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

The carport has been made into a seating area to relax and cook out on a charcoal grill, and there is additional seating in the front of the home to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost. There is a tennis court nearby that can be used free of charge, just bring your own gear.

While at Southern Exposure you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

We LOVED this house, it was clean and cozy. Close to everything and the golf cart rides in the evenings made us not want to leave. We have already discussed a return trip very soon

The home was clean and cute, but there were somethings that should have been done. The air conditioner was not working correctly. We had to have fans out. The master bath sink would not drain and we had to plunge it. Even though the golf cart was free to use, the batteries are old and we were afraid to drive it to far and get stranded.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean and cute! We were, however, surprised to read these concerns, as none of them were brought to our attention during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to address any issues immediately. For clarification, the air conditioning system and golf cart have both been operating properly, and the bathroom sink has drained without issue for guests who stayed after your visit. We’re not sure what may have caused the difficulties you experienced, but these do not appear to be ongoing problems with the property. As reflected in the overwhelming majority of positive reviews we’ve received over the years, we take great pride in maintaining our properties and providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if something doesn’t seem right, as many concerns can be easily resolved with a little assistance. We appreciate your visit and wish you all the best!

Quick trip to the coast

The property was PERFECT, the location was GREAT. The beach was just a few minutes on the golf cart and all the hot spots in Ocean Springs, just a quick ride on the golf cart. This is an absolute great location to stay in.

Me and my family stayed here for a family wedding in Ocean Springs. The house was in a great location, short drive to the little downtime. We enjoyed driving the golf cart! The property was very clean, updated and comfortable. We would stay again!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house. It is beautiful and close to downtown. Had everything we needed for a great family Thanksgiving. Prompt response from the manager for a small issue which was corrected very fast! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and very well kept inside. Golf cart was very much a plus. Could use a propane gas tank for the grill outside and the yard could have been cut as we have a little dog and she was not wanting the tall grass. We would definitely recommend and would go again.
