Treat yourself to the sounds of the surf at the luxurious oceanfront condo in Oceanside we lovingly call "Ocean Breeze". Enjoy corner unit privacy and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony accessible by two sliding glass doors. At Ocean Breeze, you can relax in the beachy interior decorated with comfortable furnishings and unobstructed ocean views from the living room. All bedrooms feature at least a hint of an ocean view.
Ocean Breeze is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, oceanfront condo in an oceanfront community which is located in beautiful Oceanside, California. Due to HOA rules, Ocean Breeze is a 31 night minimum rental.
The Living Room:
- Open concept living/dining/kitchen with a coastal design
- Sunny living room with ocean views and sliding doors leading to private balcony with views of the coastline and the Oceanside Pier
- Smart TV with access to cable and streaming services for guests to enjoy
- Gas fireplace
The Dining Room:
- Dining room table with seating for six with ocean view from some seats
The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, five-range gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils. Child dinnerware also provided
- Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Large island countertop with ample space for cooking preparation and seating for four
- Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and creamer provided for guest use.
- Hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher tabs, paper towels and trash bags provided
Main Suite:
- Queen sized bed with comfortable mattress/pillows and made up with soft, quality linens
- Large walk-in closet
- En-suite bathroom with large his and hers vanity, a glass-enclosed step-in shower, and a bathtub.
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer
- Bedside charging station
Second Bedroom:
- Light-filled bedroom with a Queen sized bed
- Wall mounted SmartTV.
- Bed is equipped with comfortable mattresses and made up with soft, quality linens.
- Closet with hangers.
- Access to jack-and-jill full bath with bathtub shower combo.
- Bedside charging station
Third Bedroom:
- Light-filled bedroom with a full bed and another pull-out twin bed.
- Beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses and made up with soft, quality linens.

- Desk and chair for remote learning or work from home desk setup
Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Master Suite
- Second, full bathroom off the hallway, with sink, toilet, and shower-tub combo

- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer
Private Balcony:
- Views of Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Pier
- Four outdoor padded chairs with a small table

- Private, gated community with garage clicker access to parking (two reserved parking spaces in underground parking garage. Garage height is 84".)
- Small private sand beach located on the ocean facing side of the property.
- Direct water access via staircase found adjacent to the community.

Guests have private access to the entire three bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.
The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining at a distance of 0.9 miles, a 15 minute walk. Other attractions such as Legoland is a 17 minute drive, Del Mar Race Track is a 23 minute drive, SeaWorld is a 36 minute drive, San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are both about a 40 minute drive, and Disneyland is a 1 hour drive.
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.
