The condo is beautiful, clean, and well-situated beside the ocean, offering a spectacular view. The appliances are high-quality and the kitchen is well supplied. While most of the unit was well maintained, the pillows provided were ripped and stained. I purchased two new pillows and left them behind for future guests. My issue was with the host. I waited nearly 2 months for a refund and the host was patronizing and insisted that I continue to wait. I contacted VRBOâwho confirmed the refund had not been initiated. The refund was issued within minutes. Mistakes happen, but I did not appreciate the attitude. Entry instructions included a warning not to speak to condo tenants. I found the tenants to be lovely. The listing included garage access, but the remote did not work. Manual exit was possible but not manual entry. When I contacted the host, he appeared surprised. He never responded after that. Tenants reported that 4-5 previous guests had the same issue. There was no hot water in the 2nd shower & only lukewarm in the master. Tenants also said that this is a known issue to the host. Based on my experience, the host appears no longer interested in hosting guests. I was satisfied to pay the high cost for a seven-night stay but due to the hostâs lack of engagement, I cannot recommend this property. Ultimately, guests must decide what matters most: if a beautiful condo with a view is the priority, but host attentiveness is not, this property may suffice.
