We had an amazing stay at Melinda’s condo! Our kids loved it here, the location is safe, the beach towns are great and lots of beach’s to check out, our favorite was moonlight beach and our 2 girls (2 and 3 years) enjoyed their stay! Melinda has everything we needed, the wagon was a life saver and the beach toys a nice plus! We will be coming back again for sure ! Cheers!

Nice spot for our family

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Lots of amenities for our family and easy access to tourist spots! Loved having access to all types of outdoor items in the garage - we are an active crew!

Great Beach Location and Livable Space

My family stayed here on vacation and really enjoyed the location- direct beach access. Also the layout & floorplan of the house was great and decorated in a very cheery and relaxed vibe.

Excellent Leucadia/Encinitas retreat.

This is a lovely home in a coastal gated community, plenty of space, everything you need is there. Short walk to the beach, short drive to all the area has to offer.

When I tell you this property is set up PERFECTLY for travelers, that would be an understatement. And to meet the needs of a family with 2 littles, beyond impressive. My husband and I travel a bunch… this was hands down one of (if not) the best stays. Bikes for riding into town, ALL the beach gear and toys, towels, perfectly stocked kitchen (spices/tea/etc), toys for kids, even a crib for our baby. The condo itself was great- tons of space, 2 bathrooms, tub for littles, washer and dryer, very clean, great patio for outdoor meals, walk to the beach or heated pools. And the host, Melinda, was a gem. Quick to respond and just so friendly to chat with. The community is great, older/retired quiet crowd- our kids made friends with everyone. I legitimately can’t wait to visit again- thank you for such an effortless and comfortable getaway. Don’t hesitate on booking this place!

Great getaway overlooking the beach

Had an excellent stay here. The owner and manager were very responsive. Check in/out was a breeze and the place was excellent. Steps from a sweeping view overlooking the ocean and a short walk to some of Leucadia's great restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Host was proactive and responsive. Listing was spot on, quick walk to the beach and yes it is rocky right off the stairs. Location was great easy to get around the area and into downtown San Diego. The layout allowed space for everyone even while working. Beds were comfortable and had memory foam - a bit soft still able to sleep. Area was quiet and walkable. I would recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

A great location

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location by the ocean was amazing and we could still walk to town. We also loved using the bikes. All in all it was wonderful!

Clean, comfortable place, in an attractive development with two pools. Well stocked with everything you’ll need. It does not have an ocean view but well priced for what you get.

Great Stay

Very peaceful complex. The house had everything we needed including lots of beach toys and chairs. Our kids enjoyed having the heated pool and jacuzzi to use when we weren't at the beach. Plenty of space inside and the extra room on the front and back patios were a nice plus. Our host was very responsive and helpful whenever we communicated. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family loved our stay at Melinda's place. There was something right onsite for everyone to do: beach, pool, tennis, bikes & helmets supplied by Melinda, as well as every extra amenity needed for cooking & relaxing. It was so nice being able to bring our dog with us and having a gated deck plus grassy area just below. Melinda was super helpful and thought of everything with this rental. Five stars!

Great Family Getaway!

This unit and property provided for a memorable family vacation with our three sons (ages 21, 25, 27). The location is convenient to many wonderful little towns and great beaches. The development itself has tennis and pickleball courts, a nice pool, and a lovely sunset deck. Melinda was easy and pleasant to work with. We will be back!

Great Condo

We really had a great vacation in this wonderful Condo. It has a really nice enterieur and is equipped with everything you need.
