Seneca Trail Retreat is vast, modern, & clean house. Property includes the main house & a nearby guest cottage. Main house is constructed with birch & slate floors, douglas fir trim, huge windows with transoms, a vaulted ceiling, & bright lighting.

MAIN FLOOR consists of the kitchen & dining area, living room, full bathroom with a lovely tiled shower, & master bedroom; this area is characterized by a slatted, vaulted ceiling. Living area includes a large douglas fir fire mantel & an ornate mason work fireplace. The kitchen/living area has maple cabinets & opens through a luxurious glass door system onto a douglas fir beam covered deck. Covered porch is outfitted with a bistro dining table set as well as a wicker chair, loveseat, table, & propane grill for grilling.

BASEMENT FLOOR includes laundry, living room with slate floor, walkout French doors to the ground level covered patio, full bathroom with a subway tiled shower & a tiled floor. Two bedrooms are located on this level.

COTTAGE is adjacent to the main house & is constructed with hickory floors & pine trim. The cottage boasts spectacular vaulted ceilings, slatted ceilings, & an abundance of large windows & natural light. There are two separate entrance/exits to the cottage as well as two freestanding cast iron Lopi gas log stoves. This space includes a bedroom (king size bed), half bathroom with double pocket doors, living room area, & a vast private work station/desk space with a neighboring large table and desk to spread out your work or enjoy a puzzle, game, etc. Half bathroom has a granite bowl sink & an Adirondack green granite countertop. A small wet bar/tea station includes hickory cabinets & affords guests staying in this area with the ability to enjoy coffee and/or tea in the morning before venturing over to the main house. This dwelling also includes a space for yoga, stretching, &/or working out, which you can enjoy while looking out at the woods through a large triple window.

Guests have access to the entire property, which includes the main house with two covered porches and a patio, adjacent cottage with one covered porch, and a secured shed. The cottage is an excellent spot for a couple to have their own private space away from the main house. The slate floor basement with in floor radiant heat is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie on a rainy or cold day. Property is very quiet, serene, and private.

All bedrooms are supplied with white noise sound machines. Main living area in main house, master bedroom in main house, and cottage bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Walk-out basement is naturally cool.

The exterior of the property is stocked with an extensive amount of outdoor furniture. Relax around a fire in Adirondack chairs, sit on one of the three porches or patio and enjoy the relaxing sound of the birds and a nice breeze, dine outside on the upper porch, or explore the on site Adirondack tipi. We've got it all (including some lawn games for your enjoyment)!

Secured shed located on property for guests to store outdoor gear in a dry and safe area. Fire pit with picnic table and Adirondack chairs located outside. Highspeed Wifi available in both the main house and cottage.
