Located in a quiet, friendly community within walking distance of Garfield Bay, this newer home provides the ultimate relaxation spot! Garfield Bay is peaceful and scenic in winter, offering incredible services year-round. If you're looking for an adventure, Silverwood Theme Park is only about 33 miles away and offers more than 65 rides and a water park, giving you a multitude of things to do while you're there! Garfield Bay Boat launch and park is just a block away. Need Groceries? There is a small local grocery store Odie's Bayside Grocery 1/2 mile away.

You can enjoy barbecuing on the deck on warm evenings with beautiful views of the lake and the sound of the creek nearby. There is a propane firepit table perfect for making s'mores for dessert or sitting around it singing and strumming a guitar with family and friends. If you feel more adventurous, you can easily access the boat launch, swimming, skiing, and tubing. Fortunately, if you're not in the mood to cook, there's a nearby restaurant. However, if you want to show off your culinary skills, this adorable home has a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials for preparing memorable meals for the gang. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
