We want you to feel as though you are at your home away from home, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Instead of focusing on how much revenue we can get and buying the cheap things we have provided high-end mattresses and cozy warm decor. We want repeat guests that will spread the word about the best Townhome in Ft. Walton Beach. As much as we love pets, we do accept dogs, preferably under 20 lbs. for a pet fee of $75.00. We may negotiate larger dogs but there will be an additional fee of $25.00. This fee covers deep cleaning to reduce allergies for the next guest.

Another thing to note is that due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Bryant central home air/heating system is installed to keep you cool during those beautiful Florida Summers and warm and toasty at night during the winter months. We also want our guests to breathe the freshest air so we have a stand-alone air purifier, we also just installed The HALO™ Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier that uses revolutionary REME technology to help protect the air for you and your family.

NOTE: The property has security cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. There are no cameras inside, all cameras are on the exterior of the home. Location-Outside Front- doorbell, and driveway. Back Patio- This camera can be unplugged if you feel uncomfortable when using the patio area, please plug it back in at the completion of your stay.
