Up to two dogs are welcome with approval and a pet fee. Cats are not permitted.

No parties, events, or smoking



Guests with mobility concerns should note there are two steps into the home and two steps down into the sunken living room



Parking

The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions prior to your stay so you can drive straight to the home and settle in with ease.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.



CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.
