This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath allows for 5 guests.
Beautifully renovated oasis! We are located 7 minutes away from Downtown St Pete, and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches. A great place for a quick getaway or even a long stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Workspace, Free WiFi, Smart TV. Outdoor garden with lovely hibiscus and Mandeville with a peaceful sitting area. Beach equipment for guest use. Peaceful community with 24-hour surveillance, and keyless entry for our guests.

Clean and comfy!

My teen and I stayed for 3 days and found the place to be very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the loaction was between downtown and the beach. There was also a Walmart nearby for groceries. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect place for us

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was perfect. It was close to everything we needed, and a great area for walking. The house was light and bright, and so cute! We enjoyed the house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great get away

The place is pretty, there is great light everywhere. It is close to shopping places which is fantastic. Publix and other stores are so close. I also took a walk and there is an ice cream place around the block.

The apartment was exactly like in the description. The wi-fi connection was great, and I appreciate that a lot since I needed for my work. The host answered immediately to any of our questions.We will definitely book here again. Thank you Kaz!

Our stay

Great location. Very clean. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable however, so do not plan on having anyone hanging out because the couch isn't an actual couch, it's some kind of futon and there aren't cushions or arm rests, it is a frame with blue material over it. The bedrooms do not have a TV. I still give it a 4-star, the beds were comfortable and the house was nice.

Clean, light and bright

This two bedroom was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The couch was a bit I uncomfortable but worked to watch tv. The only negative really was that we wished it had a washer and dryer in the unit since we stayed a full week.

Very Convenient Location

Very Quaint and Cozy. Had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was the best benefit for my stay there. Could use a bit of renovation, especially the flooring. The other suggestions I have: the beds are too low to the ground and makes it hard to get up, the top shelf in the bathroom needs reinforcing back into the wall, and the unit itself needs more ventilation. There was a lot of dust in the air, along with using seasonings in the kitchen right next to using laundry detergent for the washer and dryer, it caused me to have an allergy attack and I was miserable for our last 4 days of the stay. Please make sure the air filter is clean. I would also warn guests that the arms of the living room chair and couch fold down to create a sofa bed. The arms moved and folded down while sitting and it startled us, thinking they were broken. Lastly, you need a bigger trash dumpster outside to accommodate all of your units.

Great Bargain

Kasra had great communication with me. The unit was clean and 5 minutes from where our event was taking place. I think the price was fair. The one thing that would keep me from staying here again was the set temperature. With the humidity and heat of Florida, 74 is way too high, especially at night for my friend and I. The guest should be able to regulate the temperature inside to fit their needs. That would be my only complaint. Overall, the unit was quiet, fair priced, clean and fit our needs. Thank you Kasra!
