Beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo just 7 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg and 10 minutes from the beach. Up to 5 guests can stay comfortably, with two spacious bedrooms featuring brand-new furniture and a roll-out bed available for a 5th guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and you'll have a dedicated workspace, fast free WiFi, and a Smart TV. Laundry is easy with a free in-unit washer and dryer, and parking is covered and free in a carport spot, no searching for street parking.

Step outside to a shared outdoor garden and grill area, where hibiscus blooms and a peaceful sitting spot invite you to relax. We also provide beach gear for guest use, so you can head straight to the sand.

This is a quiet, secure community with 24-hour surveillance. The home is equipped with a keypad, so you can let yourself in anytime without coordinating a key handoff.

We had a nice stay overall. The location was great and made it easy to get around, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. Communication from the host was clear and thorough, which we appreciated.The property was clean, but didn’t fully match the listing photos. That said, it was still a comfortable place to stay and met our needs. A solid option if you’re looking for convenience and easy access to the area.

Perfect place for us

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was perfect. It was close to everything we needed, and a great area for walking. The house was light and bright, and so cute! We enjoyed the house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Clean and comfy!

My teen and I stayed for 3 days and found the place to be very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the loaction was between downtown and the beach. There was also a Walmart nearby for groceries. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Great get away

The place is pretty, there is great light everywhere. It is close to shopping places which is fantastic. Publix and other stores are so close. I also took a walk and there is an ice cream place around the block.

Clean, light and bright

This two bedroom was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The couch was a bit I uncomfortable but worked to watch tv. The only negative really was that we wished it had a washer and dryer in the unit since we stayed a full week.

Our stay

Great location. Very clean. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable however, so do not plan on having anyone hanging out because the couch isn't an actual couch, it's some kind of futon and there aren't cushions or arm rests, it is a frame with blue material over it. The bedrooms do not have a TV. I still give it a 4-star, the beds were comfortable and the house was nice.

Very Convenient Location

Very Quaint and Cozy. Had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was the best benefit for my stay there. Could use a bit of renovation, especially the flooring. The other suggestions I have: the beds are too low to the ground and makes it hard to get up, the top shelf in the bathroom needs reinforcing back into the wall, and the unit itself needs more ventilation. There was a lot of dust in the air, along with using seasonings in the kitchen right next to using laundry detergent for the washer and dryer, it caused me to have an allergy attack and I was miserable for our last 4 days of the stay. Please make sure the air filter is clean. I would also warn guests that the arms of the living room chair and couch fold down to create a sofa bed. The arms moved and folded down while sitting and it startled us, thinking they were broken. Lastly, you need a bigger trash dumpster outside to accommodate all of your units.

We use high-quality Merv 11 hyperallergen air filters, replaced monthly, to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment. Your observations about dust and allergies will be discussed with our cleaning company to ensure they adhere to our standards. As for the kitchen and laundry area, we do not provide any spices except salt and pepper, and they are stored in a cabinet away from the washer and dryer. We'll make sure that this information is clearly communicated to future guests. The trash bin outside is specifically designated for this unit and is of a standard large size, with daily pick-up schedules to accommodate our guests' needs. We value your input, and your comments will be used constructively to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Great Bargain

Kasra had great communication with me. The unit was clean and 5 minutes from where our event was taking place. I think the price was fair. The one thing that would keep me from staying here again was the set temperature. With the humidity and heat of Florida, 74 is way too high, especially at night for my friend and I. The guest should be able to regulate the temperature inside to fit their needs. That would be my only complaint. Overall, the unit was quiet, fair priced, clean and fit our needs. Thank you Kasra!
