This was my second time staying in this condo, and it was just as great as the first. The first trip was with my kids and their friends for Spring Break, and this time it was an adults-only getaway—perfect for both! The condo is fully stocked and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything you could need is there, which makes the stay easy and relaxing. Rocky Point Tom was amazing to work with—super communicative and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this condo
 except on the weekends I want it. Just kidding (kind of)!

The stay was amazing. We had a slight issue with the cable, but thanks the host Tom’s communication we resolved the problem. He truly was an amazing host. We would definitely book with him again. The place was very nice and perfect for large groups it fit all of us comfortably. The view was beautiful, everything was clean, and they had lots of extras like beach chairs and wagons for us to use. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again!

I loved the staff all over the resort and the people who stayed there that we met. The only thing I was sad about was the fact we went in Feb. which is off season so there was construction being done to the swim up bar and not a lot of pool heated. The slides worked well and have a great bar with great live entertainment. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Had such an amazing stay for 3 nights. There’s so much space and the room is equipped with just about anything you might need from cooking in the kitchen to going down to the beach, and so much more. My kids personally enjoyed the air hockey table. Beautiful balcony view! Honestly, I would say the only issue we might have had was the dryer wasn’t the best. I definitely will book this suite again on my next trip to Rocky Point.

Beautiful Place

We were family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of chairs and towels, the wagon was a huge help going to beach and pool. When checking in make sure you know your room number. The host was quick to respond to messages. You could easily walk to restaurants. I would stay here again. The only downfall was the resort struggled to find umbrellas for us while we were down by the pool and in my opinion we weren't there during a busy time. We never had trouble finding a couple lounge chairs to use. And as a parent of a special needs child I noticed the beach wasn't ADA accessible (I know Mexico different rules) but I want parents to know. We had a great time at the pools and loved the adult pool, nice to get a break from all the kids.

Would rent this place again, the views are amazing and was spacious enough for 10 guests. My only suggestions would be to have some chairs that are regular height vs all bar height as an elderly guest could not sit on those chairs and not sure if the dryer wasn’t working or if it was just user error but could not get it to dry the clothes we washed. Other than that it was a great stay and will be coming back!

70th Birthday celebration

Beautiful condo and property! All ammenities as described. Photos are accurate and representative of the space and it's decor. Everyone loved the open floor plan, space and access to the outdoor patio from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. We loved our 4 days and will be back again!

Beautiful

When looking through VRBO it was a must that we had a pool and a property large enough for my family of 10, this property was exactly what we needed it was spacious and clean. The view was amazing from the balcony and the property was well maintained also stocked with all the stuff we needed plenty of towels,beach towels chairs and even a wagon for the beach.

We had the most lovely stay. The space was clean, expansive and fully stocked with everything we needed any more. The heated pools with waterslides were a massive hit with the kids... having the option to alternate our days between the pools and collecting shells on the beach was a dream!
