Nestled in the northwest corner of historic Old Irving Park, this centrally-located mid-century home is the perfect launch pad for exploring Greensboro and the surrounding North Carolina Piedmont region. Quickly reach downtown and five area universities or stroll the streets around Greensboro Country Club. This property provides for a comfortable and productive retreat for small families and professionals. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our home is the perfect blend of vintage character and modern amenities. Step inside and you'll find a warm and inviting living room, hardwood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, or feel free to toss some steaks on the natural gas grill. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room, where you can enjoy meals together with your loved ones. Plenty of board games are available for an after-dinner thrill or rainy day activity.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with plush Beautyrest queen mattresses layered with percale cotton bedding and down duvets. The third bedroom doubles as an office and a nursery.

You’ll find the bathroom stocked with personal care essentials for your trip and Turkish cotton linens to provide a spa-like experience.

The house is situated in the heart of Old Irving Park, one of Greensboro's most sought-after neighborhoods. Our street is lined with beautiful homes and lush trees, creating a serene and picturesque setting. This is the most amazing house! Beautiful, comfortable, and so well equipped After staying in other VRBOs around the United States, this one is the best I would place this one at the top of my list. Devin is a super host. The communication was excellent I will stay here again when I return to Greensboro

Wonderful house & hosts

We stayed for 9 nights in this Old Irving Park home and had a fabulous experience. The house is lovely, clean, and fully furnished and stocked with all the comforts of home. We highly recommend this house and plan to stay there again during our next visit to Greensboro.

This is our 2nd time staying here for a swim meet. The house has it all: nice beds, quality sheets, study for work, beautiful grounds and amazing neighborhood. It is just perfect!

Quaint cottage stay

We loved our peaceful stay. We drove in from charlotte and were 9 min fro.m greensboro symphony and 8 min from tea at o'henry hotel. Wr enjoyed simple pleasures of cooking dinners in well appointed organized and immaculate kitchen and eating in dining room. Large spacious sectional with gas fireplace, nice bathroom toiletries and comfy bed with fluffy duvet and both gel foam and soft pillows. Very well organized and tidy with besuriful bay window and orivate backuard. Woke up to birds chirping and quiet neiguborhood. Wonderful stay.

Everything You Could Ask For!

This home in Old Irving Park has the perfect blend of mid-century charm and modern convenience. The home was super cozy and very clean. It made for the perfect weekend when visiting our daughter for HPU's Family Weekend. The neighborhood is so inviting and close to restaurants and shopping. We wished we could have enjoyed the porch and back patio more as it was so serene and peaceful. The hosts have truly thought of it all! There wasn't a thing that could be thought of that wasn't provided. The thought and attention given in making this property your home away from home doesn't go unnoticed. We truly enjoyed being guests!

Swim meet week

This property is fantastic! We came to Greensboro for the first time for a swim meet. We weren’t familiar with the city/area, and it was just my daughter and me. We read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this property and I am SO glad we did. Devin was amazing to deal with. So kind, accommodating, flexible, and quick to reply. The house is wonderful! It is perfectly updated, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything you can think of to make your stay enjoyable. Beds were so comfortable. We felt so safe. The neighborhood is gorgeous. I will DEFINITELY stay here again if we ever come back to Greensboro.

Don’t look any further! This is the ONE!

I can’t say enough about this home, it’s so cozy but spacious! It was just my 16yr old daughter and I on a soccer trip and we had a blast, we played board games, played movies/youtubes, and rested in those fantastic beds! I had to work during the week days so the home office was a complete bonus for me to have the screens, keyboards and mouse. I didn’t skip a beat. Being able to wash clothes and uniforms was amazing. We took walks around the neighborhood it’s stunning! Close proximity to the most amazing restaurants and shopping too. I won’t stay anywhere else if we come back to Greensboro nothing can top this home. It has a special place in our hearts and forever memories! Host was fantastic and quick to respond too!!
