This renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo in Atlantic City North Beach area is ready for you and the family. This is a No Smoking Condo. This unit features a private deck, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining area, free wi-fi central air, outdoor pool and the list goes on! Located by Showboat and its indoor amusement center-with go carts and across the street is Island Water Park. We are a couple of blocks from the Hard Rock. One block from the amazing beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Steel Pier, Island Waterpark and close to the Aquarium. Amenities include 1 free parking space. All bedrooms have bathrooms on suite and carpeting. Bedroom1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator/freezer , microwave, stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, keurig and an electric range. A Covered outside balcony with 2 chairs , a table and a large living room with a 55 in TV, 2 couches, chairs and dining set. Central air, WIFI, security camera and 1 assigned parking space . There are steps to condo and in condo to bedroom level . All bedrooms have smart TV's. Island Water Park-100,000 sq foot indoor outdoor water park located across the street. Small dogs (under 20 lbs.) may or may not be allowed but Atlantic City and HOA requires that they be licensed.
Note: Odors from food, smoke or other sources from outside or other units may be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind before booking.Pool is open seasonal June19-September 2 2026 . 11 am- 7 pm Thursday to Monday.

The condo itself was very clean and up to date. Plenty of space for six people. Stacy made the process very seamless. Very informative and attentive. She checked in occasionally to make sure everything was ok and asked if we had questions which I liked. Being close to the boardwalk and beach was convenient. Plus being in between Ocean Resort and Showboat is a plus!

The location is close to boardwalk, beach and casinos. The area was a little questionable but not sure if that’s just the appearance of Atlantic City. There needs to be more lighting in parking lots and walkways leading to unit. The shower doors in the unit are very old and are very hard to slide open. The dining room chairs are very hard and need cushions. My suggestion would be to the owner is to purchase floor lamps for living room area and to remove sliding glass doors from both showers, and update the fridge to a modern one.

Amazing place, great location

The location and the condo itself were great. Perfect location close to everything. All the neighbors were very nice and friendly. Host was great and answered almost instantly anytime you had an issue. Highly recommend this place!

Great for family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was clean and appealing, fit our family of 6, had all the amenities we needed, and was walking distance from the boardwalk. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with and made the process very easy for me since it was my first time using VRBO.

This condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfectly located within walking distance to Showboat for the water park and arcade and Oceans Casino for Topgolf and Wahlburgers. Very happy with out stay.

A very quick walk to the beach, condo was very clean, nicely stocked, freshly decorated! The building isn’t a tall sky rise but for the price it’s really a great location, close to everything! Host was amazing very prompt responses and helpful throughout our stay!

Perfect short stay!

The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan!

Daughter's birthday trip

The location was perfect, since our main reason was to go to the water park at the Showboat Casino. The apartment was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It was very easy to access the property and the host responds almost immediately to any request or issues you may have. I'll definitely recommend.

I’m sorry you were unable to find the 12 glasses located in the cabinet to the right of the stove. We are only allowed 6 people total in the condo and there are 6 of everything in the kitchen.
