Newly remodeled coastal cottage 3 blocks from the water!

Charming Cottage just a short walk to the water on Fulton Beach road. Amazing location for boaters, fisherman and and anyone just looking to relax. Our property is located on a corner lot with several beautiful towering live oaks. Kick off your flip flops and sip a cocktail under the covered patio while enjoying the Southernly breeze.

You will be within walking distance to dining, local bars, shopping, tours, golf cart rentals, historical sites, public piers, bait stands and the public boat ramp is less than a 1/2 mile from the driveway. The entrance to Rockport Beach is about 2.5 miles from the property.

The home was completely remodeled in 2022 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen and custom appliances. Both bedrooms come with hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses. There are flat screen smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, each has full cable. Wireless internet throughout the home.

The host ensured that we were able to access the house. The home was recently remodeled and had all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious with each having its own bathroom. This property is a perfect place to stay while in the Rock Port area. The house is very cute a very well maintained. It is perfect for 2 couples, with its 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom. There is also a great place to sit and visit outside under the carport. The 4 of us just loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home. Very nice place

You couldn't get a better host! I'd leave a six star rating if I could. The home was clean, everything was considered. I would go so far as to say you didn't need to bring anything but your own food. The host is extremely responsive and cares that your stay is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
