We loved our stay. It was in a perfect neighborhood and easy to get to all local places. The whole house was perfectly decorated and had that beachey vibe to it that i love.

Great family getaway!

Such a lovely, clean home that was close to the water and good restaurants. Our family was comfortable with everything we needed and our kids loved the bunk room.

This was a beautifully decorated place in the central part of Rockport-Fulton. Everywhere we went for the Hummingbird festival was within 10 min or less, including Goose Island. It was close to the restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the central highway was excellent. The kitchen was fantastic with lots of seasonings and supplies for cooking. We stayed in the back bedroom on the bottom queen bunk and it was very comfortable. The outside deck was nice and we sat out there in the evenings. The host Amy was the best and so accommodating with our checkin/checkout process. Directions were clear.There were lots of things in the house we didn't use because we had a pretty specific agenda for the festival, but there were lots of game and activity items. Everything was as it was described in the listing. I would stay there again if we decide to come back for another festival. I need to have her decorate our lake house !!!

Family beach trip

This really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen has everything we needed. Everything was labeled to help find items quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable, soft, and warm while the house was nice and COOL for the summer. The children’s books, games, and outdoor activities were a great amenity because that’s a lot of extra stuff to pack just to keep two toddlers entertained. The swing in the back was a big hit!!! I would love to stay here again! The home does have little mini steps in front and in bunk room. For a 2yo learning balance and a 70 elderly with knee problems I just made them extra aware.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our stay in Rockport! It is tastefully decorated, cozy and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything in Rockport. Amy is an amazing host, who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Really looking forward to our stay again next year!

Perfect Get-Away

Quick trip from Houston for a relaxing vacation. Property was just as described. Lots of thoughtful touches included, like coffee supplies, etc. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with several close restaurants.

Great Getaway!

This was perfect for a quiet, relaxing girls trip. The house was very cute and perfect for what we needed. Location was close to everything. The owners were so pleasant and made the experience very worthwhile. We hope to do it again soon!

Flounder trip

Great place to stay!! Close to great fishing spots! The location is perfect! I wish I would have utilized the full potential of this place, but was too busy fishing. Perfect for a family and perfect for a weekend getaway. Amy the host was very accommodating. The place is very clean. I recommend this place!
