Great relaxing trip

This house was in a great location and was just as advertised. The attention to detail and how well everything was stocked was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be come back to this property if we stay in this location again

Property management team was exceptional. Quick reply to any question or concern and did their best to resolve any issues. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with the necessities. Beds were also comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken so we were unable to use the pool, which was a disappointment. Property management team was very good and tryied to fix the problem, but it was not able to be done in time. But they did offer a fair resolution, and recognition of the issue. We had a problem with showers not draining in both bathrooms starting day two. Again the property management team was quick to reply. The main reason for the 4/5 stars was the pool.

4th of July Naples Park

This property was very clean and well appointed and appeared to be recently renovated! It is the perfect open space inside and out for friends and family to gather for new memories.Jen, the property manager did an amazing job of reaching out to provide us with the address and security code. Communication was fantastic!!!We will happily rent this house again in the future!!!

Three weeks was great. House had everything you need. Great locationEasy access to stores and State Park beach close by. Heated pool was wonderful, as noted by previous guest rust spot needs attention.

Dream come true

Everything about the property was exactly what we needed. The back patio and pool are like an oasis. The beds are so comfortable, I woke up refreshed every day. SO CLEAN! and the little touches, like K-cups, sugar and creamer packets to hold us over until we could get some groceries, the beach chairs and umbrellas, and extra beach towels all made it that much easier and enjoyable. I would book this property again and again!

AMAZING HOME!

Before we arrived, we learned that there was an issue with this home and were delighted to be moved to a larger, gorgeous home a block away upon our arrival. The communication with the property manager was excellent and efficient--she even helped me with the delivery of a king cake on Mardi Gras! The home was impeccable and well appointed, and the neighborhood was lovely. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic newly updated home. About a mile walk to the beach. Great beds. Very clean. Although the pool is small, it is perfect to sit around and in to enjoy the sun. Professionally managed, very helpful and responsive staff. I look forward to coming back. The only thing I would fix is a small rust stain in the pool.
