🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Our stay at Baby Blue was excellent and comfortable. Traveling with a family can be exhausting but coming home to a nice spacious space and a hot tub was a win after a long day of sightseeing. Our host was so good about checking in on us.

The host, Kaitlyn, is super nice and extremely helpful. She will guide you through checkin and fun things to do around the area. If you need anything, she is there. The set up of Baby Blue is fantastic. It gave my family space to talk and enjoy time together. The lay out of the house is perfect for a group of four. The kitchen is laid out well especially next to the den. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. We did not use the hot tub on this trip; not enough time. The blackout curtains are a good touch.

Great house and the perfect location. Great home in the Springs
This house was great and a comfortable stay during a work trip to CO Springs. Location was very convenient to everything. Home was very clean and welcoming. Hot tub was great on chilly nights. Host was on it with communication and helped me figure out anything I needed. Highly recommended!

Our group of two couples found this home to be very comfortable and accommodating. The location was great for the things we wanted to experience and had the weather been a bit cooler, we would definitely have been in the hot tub! We love to cook and found the kitchen very well appointed. Happy to have cooking oils and spices available. Having place mats and trivets for the table would be a great addition, as well as, a dish drainer. But we improvised and all was well.

This home offered all it listed and more. Quiet neighborhood , clean and comfortable house. Location was close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

We found the “baby blue” house clean, quiet and a good central location for the different places we wanted to visit in the area. My older mother, adult son and his wife and my husband found all we needed there. Great master suite and open plan. Kaitlyn was always there with all the timely information we needed and quick with her responses.

Loved it!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love that the location is right between old Colorado city and downtown, with plenty of things to do. The house is the perfect size with all the right amenities. Our favorite part is the hot tub! Check out was very easy with minimal cleanup. We will be staying here again!

Perfect Getaway
The house was great! Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Tasteful decor and so many thoughtful extras. Coffee pods, a snack basket, necessities, and treats. Hot tub is a nice amenity. All in all, a great experience. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but very close to so many great places, so I still give it 5 stars.
