This newly remodeled garage conversion blends cozy comfort with standout amenities, including a private hot tub, built-in sauna, steam shower, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Walk to shops, dining, and breweries, or explore nearby trails and attractions. This is the getaway home for you!
đ The Home
This thoughtfully designed 600 sq ft home is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The open living area features cozy seating, a Smart TV, and fun LED strip lighting along the crown molding that adds a modern touch. Two garage doors at the front of the home open fully, creating a seamless connection between the living space and the outdoor patio on beautiful Colorado days.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and includes all essential cookware, appliances, and a dining table with seating for four.
Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and quality linens, offering restful space for up to four guests.
The bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a large, luxurious steam shower. Laundry is conveniently located in-unit, and the home offers central A/C and high-speed WiFi for year-round comfort.

Step into your private outdoor oasisâperfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy the hot tub, built-in sauna, two propane fire pits, and a well-appointed outdoor kitchen. With multiple seating areas and thoughtful design, this space is ideal for both quiet evenings and social gatherings.

- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
