Occupant 500 m², la belle Villa Grand View propose sept chambres avec salle de bains privative, un salon ouvert avec un canapé d'angle et une grande télévision à écran plat pour votre divertissement, une cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée avec des appareils électriques de qualité, une table à manger digne d'un festin royal, ainsi qu'un coin sport avec salle de sport, billard, baby-foot et fléchettes. Avec un design simple et confortable à l'esprit, les murs en pierres apparentes et les poutres en bois créent une ambiance accueillante et chaleureuse, tandis qu'une décoration élégante utilisant des matériaux naturels impressionnera tout observateur. Affichant une architecture dalmate authentique en pierre calcaire, la maison se trouve sur un terrain de 1000 m² avec une grande piscine extérieure, un jacuzzi, un sauna, un salon extérieur couvert, une terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer et une cuisine d'été supplémentaire complète donnant sur la piscine, ainsi qu'une aire de jeux pour enfants avec beaucoup de pelouse verte pour jouer. Nichée à l'écart des zones très peuplées, la Villa Grand View offre intimité et détente grâce à son environnement naturel. De nombreux restaurants, boutiques, cafés et plages sont disponibles dans un rayon de trois kilomètres. Elle est située à Dvornica, un petit village tranquille sur la côte dalmate, idéal pour profiter des eaux bleues claires de l'Adriatique, loin des destinations touristiques bondées. Ici, les habitants passent leur temps à produire de l'huile d'olive, du fromage de chèvre et à conserver des anchois. La cuisine est riche en fruits de mer frais, olives et délicieux vin malvoisien. De là, faites une excursion facile vers les îles voisines et visitez la vieille ville de Trogir, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Par souci de transparence : merci de prévoir une caution de 700 euros à verser à l'arrivée directement à l'hôte et restituée au départ, sous réserve d'état des lieux. Great stay!

Such a beautiful home with a great layout. About an hour north of Split, but real close to multiple cute and quaint towns and beaches. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even cooked us an amazing dinner one night. Overall, it was a great experience. We look forward to staying there again.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at the villa. So much for our 5 grand children to occupy themselves with that the adults could really relax. A very natural environment to stroll amongst outside the gated villa with olive trees and donkeys enjoyed by the younger children. We were able to buy the lovely wine oil and eggs produced on Sanja and Ivan’s land which was unexpected. They are a lovely friendly couple who went out of their way to make it the perfect holiday which ended far to quickly.

Glorious residence!

It was not easy to find a villa for 15 persons in three generations, but Vila Bucinovi was perfect for us! Bedrooms with shower and toilet each, comfortable beds and AC in all rooms, two full kitchens, nice pool area and excellent pool table, magnificant view to the surrounding areas, top class appliances and good space for three cars. The location is bit remote, but with rental cars nearby towns, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores are within reach. Old town Split is an hour drive. Sanja and Ivan (the owners) are wonderful and helpful and made us a great grill dinner one night which we appreciated greatly! If you are fine with the distances this villa is truly everything you could hope for!

Big family holiday

Our first big family holiday with our new addition who is now 20 months. Eight adults, one toddler, loads of room for everyone and all immaculately clean and well-equipped. Our hosts were so kind, preparing a delicious meal for us all one night and sharing local wines and brandy - really enjoyed trying all the food and wine locally. The location is more remote than I’d realised on booking - you definitely need cars/taxis rather than walking, but electric bikes are supplied for your use which helps with getting out and about. We ate out in the nearest proper village - very good and also hired a boat for the day. Would recommend for a big family holiday as there is so much space and lots for everyone to do.

Remarkable

I could not recommend this villa highly enough. It is ideally situated just outside the village of Dvornica. It is absolutely fantastic. Clean, spacious, even for a larger party, and furnished to a very high standard. This is then backed up and supported by the most wonderful hosts that it has, thus far, been my privilege to meet. They simply could not have done more for us. If a problem arises they are there to fix it immediately and always with a smile. Please dont miss out, this is a villa that you simply must not miss and all with facilities to entertain the whole family. Would I go again? Certainly and in a heart beat...

Great Holiday

We were 3 couples with children aged 1-5. There is nothing to complain about. The hosts welcomed us warmly & are always very concerned about the well-being of their guests. The equipment of the finca is almost perfect, everything has been thought of. Whether rubbish bags, dishwashing tabs, tea towels, beach towels, ice maker, babybed, etc. The accommodation is very clean & the quiet location with the magnificent view is a dream. The finca doesn't look nearly as nice in the pictures as it does in real life. There is a small shop about 2 minutes from the finca. A car is still an advantage in this location. We will be back!

Amazing villa, fantastic views, has everything!

Firstly this is an amazing villa. The pictures currently do not do it justice. The owners have gone to unbelievable lengths to ensure everything is just so. The design quality, the furniture, fittings and equipment levels are absolutely superb. We visited with a group of 3 couples and 4 children and it was perfectly suitable. The main house consists of 5 equally sized double rooms all en-suite with an extra room in a separate external building. There is also a separate reading room with sofa bed in the main house which we used for our toddler who was in a cot. The best bit of the house came when you went up to the pool area which has recently been extended beyond what is shown in the pictures to include a small children’s pool and a children’s play area which is the best equipped play area I have ever seen in a villa, truly brilliant and the kids loved it. Next to the pool is a pool house which includes a separate fully fitted kitchen, pool table and sauna. This was the perfect place to eat lunch and dinner with a phenomenal view of the evening sunset over the bay in rozognica. A truly brilliant villa with every amenity you can wish for. I would also like to thank Ivan and Sanja for their hospitality, they were excellent owners. Would highly recommend to any family wanting to holiday in Croatia.

Отличный отдых на вилле! Всё было на высшем уровне: чисто, уютно, всё продумано до мелочей. Сразу видно, что хозяева очень следят за виллой Дом и территория в идеальном состоянии, техника исправна, бассейн чистый. Хозяева очень приветливые и отзывчивые, всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Расположение прекрасное, тишина и покой — именно то, что нужно для отдыха. Однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Brilliant service!

Vi var en familj på 12 personer, 3 generationer, i denna villa. Så vi har förstås haft olika önskemål och förutsättningar på vår semester. Alla har varit fantastiskt nöjda med villan, den överträffade våra förväntningar. Sovrummen och badrummen är jättebra, för det sovrum med enkelsängar finns inget eget badrum, de duschade i gymmet. Värdarna var så hjälpsamma och tillgängliga. De svarade snabbt på våra frågor, gav oss förslag på lokala rekommendationer när vi bad om det och hjälpte oss med en del tekniska problem vi fick under veckan. För att inte nämna den jättegoda middagen de bjöd oss på en kväll i villan eller att de inte tvekade att snabbt köra oss till flygplatsen när taxin inte dök upp. Det enda mindre tilltalande med detta boende är att det ligger så avsides. Vi hade hyrbilar under veckan och hade inte klarat oss utan. Vi har handlat all mat på Plodine som ligger 10 minuter bort med bil. Vi rekommenderar starkt det här boendet, ni kommer att få en fantastisk vistelse!

Great stay!

Um es kurz zu machen - bei diesem airbnb hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und nach einer kurzen Einführung in die Unterkunft haben wir uns schon wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne, besonders bei den Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus hat zudem alles zu bieten was man sich so vorstellen kann - klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattet Küchen, 2 Salzwasserpools inkl. Poolhaus, Fitnessraum, Billard, Spielplatz uvm. An einem Abend wurden wir sogar ausreichend mit sehr leckeren landestypischen Gerichten von den Vermietern bekocht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Major-league holiday!

Die Villa ist sehr neuwertig und top ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht und sogar darüber hinaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und es wurde auch ein Wilkommensgeschenk an uns übergeben. Es wurde außerdem auch ein Abendessen von den Gastgebern zubereitet was natürlich allen schmeckte.

Amazing villa, full of amenities and a great location. This the place to come !

What an AMAZING villa ! It has a very high standard of accommodation and everything a family needs to make a holiday special - and much more ! Our family of 14 spent a lot of time in the pool area with its jacuzzi, lots of sunbeds, play equipment and a very convenient pool room right alongside with fully fitted kitchen and an often used pool table. The main house has comfortable bedrooms with lots of showers and a super large kitchen/dining room with panoramic views over the Croatian islands and watching the beautiful sunsets. It was very very hot all week but the very efficient air conditioning in the property kept us from melting away ! If you're thinking of visiting Croatia, this is the place to come to. It's central, close to the sea and towns like Split are very accessible. The drive down from Zadar airport was much more straightforward than we expected. Thanks to our generous hosts, Sanja and Ivan, who made our stay special !

Urlaub mit Luxusfaktor

Das Objekt ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Mit 3 Familien könnte man eine tolle Zeit hier verbringen, die Kinder waren begeistert. In 20 Minuten ist man zum Meer gelaufen. Am liebsten hätten wir es gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder genommen.

Erster Gast - Traumurlaub

Was soll man noch dazu sagen als wow wow wow. Wir waren die ersten Gäste in diesem neugebauten Haus und verbrachten eine schöne Urlaubswoche Ende Juni hier. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und in Wirklichkeit noch viel besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Empfehlen können wir einen Ausflug nach Primosten zum Abendessen. 100% empfehlenswert Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub und die Gastfreundschaft vor Ort.
