Beautiful newly renovated 1bd 1br apartment. 1st floor (Entrance on the side Croskey St.) Location in the up and coming Point Breeze area of Philadelphia. Free street parking. About 10-15 mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Navy Yard. Also 10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks.
Upstairs apartment is used for Vrbo as well.

Very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before and knew to bring my own soap and shampoo. Plenty of street parking before 4pm or 5pm. I really like the nearby restaurant El Mictian.

I loved the place and the location. However, they gave us 3 tiny towels. Nothing on the floor to stand on. It was a nice place and a wonderful bargain, but I need a real towel next time.

Our stay was nice. My son and I attended a game in Philly. The apartment was very clean. Maybe just a little more seating. The owner was super helpful!! My phone broke on my flight in and we had to contact VRBO customer service and they were able to get us touch with our host quick. He was very helpful and quick to let us know if we had any issues feel free to reach out. Nice little apartment for a few day stay. Thank you for everything!

Exactly what we needed.

Everything about this property was exactly what we needed for a quick stay in Philly. It was clean. The property manager responded quickly and politely to all of our questions.

Clean, affordable place for a visit

The unit was small, but very clean with nice furnishings. The host was easy to communicate with, and it wasn’t hard to find parking. Sound traveled from upstairs, but the neighbors weren’t loud. I would’ve liked some basics in the kitchen like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect for my needs in South Philly

This place was extremely clean and had modem appliances. The sofa bed was perfect when my son needed to stay two nights. Parking was easy (and free). There was an awesome Mexican restaurant a couple of blocks away on Snyder — El Mictian. Note that it is BYOB. Also enjoyed Eiffel Seafood and The Sardine Bar several blocks away. The host (Clinton) was very helpful and responded quickly when questions came up. I hope I can stay at Clinton’s place again.

Enjoyable stay

It was great for my older kids and myself to stay the weekend for a concert at Citizens Bank Park. Philly is NOT a clean city....at all. However, this property was decent and the inside of the home was very clean and perfect for our needs. Parking is VERY tricky. Would stay again.

Conference in Philly

Had a good experience overall. Parking was a bit stressful at times with it being tight and sometimes difficult to find a spot on the street. This is also something that comes with city life though! The apartment was close to downtown and to the conference center where we spent most our days. Maybe update the alarm directions to include hitting the checkmark after typing in the code as this was not on the paper above the alarm. Overall was a great stay. Thank you!
