If you are attending an event at the Expo Center, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our backyard! Walk out our backyard gate and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Safari Joe's H2O water park, BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66.

Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, Kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 6 Smart TV’s with Cable TV and WIFI, a shuffle board in the game room with a western theme. Our large concrete patio with rustic picnic table is a cozy area to cookout, entertain, enjoy the evenings, or your morning coffee.

This is probably my favorite property to stay at. The location can’t be beat for our horse show across the street at the Expo. The house is comfortable and clean with pretty much everything you could need. And Terry Don is extremely easy to work with always responding quickly and taking great care of us!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for over a week and felt like we were at home! We cooked and everything work amazing! Terry Don was always available for communication and couldn’t have asked for a better location to the Expo! We would definitely stay here again!!

We were in Tulsa for an event at the expo center. TerryDon and John's home was perfection. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, room to be together with friends or to have your own space in the fantastic bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay as always

We’ve stayed here for several years while we work at the Tulsa State Fair. Every year it feels like coming home. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, plenty of parking for our trucks. No issues and the property manager is easy to get ahold of.

Best house near the Expo Center

This property is the best one that we have stayed at in Tulsa for the Shootout. Very clean and everything is updated. Super convenient if you ha e an event across the street.

Perfect Home away from Home

This was out 3rd year staying in this house and we are already booked for next year. It’s nice to walk in and feel like you are at home. They have done a wonderful job of keeping the house in perfect condition and again the location can’t be beat for our Horse Show at the Expo. Hosts are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions!!

As business partners we have enjoyed a mutual interest in Real Estate, general contracting, and property management, where we have excelled in customer service. We have been blessed to have been able to raise children and grandchildren in the Tulsa area. Tulsa is home to both our families. We work hard, enjoy life, and laugh a lot!
