Amazing Family 🏡 with PRIVATE POOL!

Please note that this house is TWO STORIES Single Family House!
4 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms yare upstairs. One-half of the bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room are downstairs.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. What makes us special is that we have the best beautiful homes around the neighborhood and are close to many parks and tourist places!

IMPORTANT:
1.There is an efficiency that is used as short term rental as well. These guests will be using the left side of the garage to park their car. They have their own private entrance and you wont charge anything else!
2. It is important to keep in mind that we need to keep the house clean for all guests. We have had problems before with time-wise, and that is why a fee of $75 will be charged in case you do not check out in time.
3. You need to put the exact guests, including pets, for your reservation.

Safe location. However, I could hear the tenants living in the “add on” efficiency and smell the cooking. Made the house less private. There are also no smoke detectors. Where a fan or light sconce would go, a lightbulb was in the ceiling. The first morning we sat for coffee and my 4 year old was eating breakfast next to me. When she stood up, she used the table to lift herself and the entire table flipped. Thankfully I was there to catch it. When I informed the host, they did not respond. Once we left, they put in a claim. So they got their money but we had no table the entire stay we were there.

The host was friendly, she had me and my family wait an hour over the check-in time to give us the password to the key box, I tried to reach her and finally after I contacted VRBO, she called and gave me the code
For a house that size there should be alot more parking available, there’s actually only 1parking space available for the guest to park, the other space is allocated for a rental tenant associated with the unit, we had no access to the garage because it was occupied by the tenant
the house is in a nice area and is a nice unit but it desperately need to be deep cleaned, the walls are soiled and the stairwell paint is coming off, we had enough room for my family to stay, the beds are comfortable, the pool was nice and clean, Jennifer seem to be a nice woman, maybe she should go visit her home and see for herself what I’m saying!

The house is almost brand new, the owner was very resposive to some little issues, eveything was solved in a timely fashion manner.

Amazing experience

The ease of scheduling this property was a major factor. The host line of communication from day 1 contributed to the 5 ⭐ stars, she was open and honest and quickly addressed my concerns. We had a family of 8 and the house was clean and spacious for us all. I mistakenly left a few items behind and she worked with me to ensure I received every item. I would wholeheartedly recommend. Not far from stores, restaurants, shopping and if u want to drive to the beach its doable.

Our Stay

The home was in a great location for us being that we wanted a property close to the Miami Port. Their were spots on bed comforters and stains on walls. There were no washcloths for guest, so guest need to make sure that they bring them. The batteries were dead for the remote for the downstairs tv. The owner did not attempt to bring them to house for us to use, only to take them out of another remote to use for main tv. I own a short term rental and this home needs some work. This house was just the bare minimum.

Great house, lacking everything, loud

The home is beautiful. The layout is a little funny with the master bathroom being in the room with two queen beds. There is not nearly enough furniture for a home this size. Only one futon in the living room. It was made clear to respect the family that lives in an attached efficiency. There were three kids there who were very loud early in the morning. Those kids also walked through the main house while we were there. There’s no extra towels or linens on site. There were several notices to take shoes off to keep the floor clean, but my socks were dirty before i got upstairs. The pool was great, the home is beautiful, the location is amazing. Just really lacking some very basic aspects of a short term rental.

Clean home with inconveniences

Location was pretty good considering we stayed for a wedding. The size of the home was acceptable. The downfall are two things. Unfortunately, the furniture is not the best , very uncomfortable and flimsy. Especially the downstair / living area furniture. It’s not enough for a big party of 12 people. If you don’t plan on being at the house for a long period of time then you’ll be fine. But if this a small getaway (home away from home) may want to reconsider. Second inconvenience is the fact we had to share parking space off the driveway. Again, for a home to offer space for a large party, the parking is nowhere near enough. Let alone we had to share parking with a rental space inside the property. On a good note, the bathrooms were nice and great pressure with water. Very convenient to have a washer / dryer in the home. It was also nice to have TVs in all rooms. The home overall was clean and appears to be newly built. The stay was fine and happy we found the nice location. Very quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our family. It’s in a really nice location close to good restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very helpful and pleasant.
