Beautiful home in a great location for visiting the National Parks and having some down time with the family. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys. 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the Miami area.

Host was welcoming and the house was in nice condition. The family enjoyed the pool and basketball court in the oversized yard. 25min to Everglades National Park & Biscayne Bay National Park.

The pictures don’t do this house and yard justice. It is even more beautiful in person. Very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, they had plenty of towels for the bath or pool, and many throw blankets to make it cozy. There were a ton of places outside to sit or lay around and relax. The owners were great about communicating. I would 100% stay here again when we come back to the area. It’s close enough to the keys that we did day trips almost every day but also within an hour to Fort Lauderdale or Miami if that’s more your scene. We had door dash and grocery delivery which was great and had a lot of options without having to leave. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

FL National Parks Adventure

My friends and I came to FL to visit the national parks. This rental perfectly suited our needs. It was clean and spacious, well-stocked for all our needs and thoughtful amenities, and perfectly located. The hosts were helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home

The home is practically brand new in a developing neighborhood. The location is great as it is close to grocery stores, malls, and family activities. We stayed a week and had a great time. Its close enough to Miami without the elevated prices of Miami. I highly recommend this home especially if you are traveling with family.

Beautiful spacious house!

We loved our stay here. The living area was perfect as we had a bunch of family staying with us and the outside is amazing! That covered patio is A. Only wish there had been a little bit of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. But the property was stunning and completely clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Visit the National Parks in Comfort

This was a lovely house to stay in with my family of 4 adults. The house was located near to all the National parks we wanted to visit and made for a great place to come and go to see Biscayne Bay, the Everglades, and Big Cypress. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had plenty of seating and the beds were a dream. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the yard, but it was lovely and I wish we had more time to play and eat meals outside. I would happily stay again.

Homestead away from home

My family and I were all pleasantly surprised as this house was very spacious and yet had privacy for everyone. The kitchen is stocked even for parties and the outside, which is not mentioned in the post, has volleyball, basketball, soccer, and everything you need to play, and a backyard table and a barbecue . Really a phenomenal house.

great house for family!

wonderful stay for my family! the only thing is if you are staying for more then 2-3 days there is very few cleaning supplies to keep the kitchen tidy (only 1 dish pod) and the directions to get to the house are consistently wrong on the GPS which takes you to the wrong house. this is probably an issue due to new construction but it would be good to note in the check in instructions in the future.

We were very disappointed by the hosts lack of responsiveness. We ran into multiple issues that went unaddressed throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the initial cleanliness with dirty sheets on one of the beds, moldy liquid under a beverage dispenser, beer bottle tops throughout the backyard/pool. Also the hot tub was broken (but the pool was still heated), although we hadn't been expecting a pool so this wasn't a big deal. The gas grill was also out of gas - which the host said we could purchase and get reimbursed for (I didn't do so since I wasn't convinced I'd see the money). At the end of the stay, there were no check out instructions. All that said, the house was very well stocked and fun to be in. The kids had lots of fun and our family enjoyed our stay.

I will allow myself to respond to all your inconveniences! First, communication with me was always available. Second, if you had actually found a dirty bed or any dirt on the bed, the best proof would have been to take pictures so you could back up your claims. Third, the gas cylinder had enough gas, but if you wanted more, that's why I told you you could buy one and I would reimburse you. Fourth, the jacuzzi was at the correct temperature. Fifth, the beer dispenser is there if the client wants to use it; they can buy their own beer and turn it on. In fact, it's not a service because it's turned off! And finally, all your complaints were just to get a refund for the cleaning fee! I find it in bad taste that someone rents a house only to complain about something unfounded in order to request a refund! Thank you for visiting us!
