Thank you for your honest feedback Anna. We were not made aware of any of these issues during your stay. We would have gladly sent our maintenance team over there to address the deck. We would have bought some mattress toppers for you and your guests so you didn't have to buy air mattresses. In the listing, it states "This home does not have a private beach access, but is located right next to the public access. Just a few feet from the base of the ramp, you can cross over into the parking lot to access the beach!" We would have loved to make things right for you! It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to host you again in the future.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these concerns until VRBO contacted us, and we do not see multiple messages regarding the items mentioned. Once notified, we promptly sent maintenance to the property and remained in communication to address the reported issues. Since your stay, the air conditioning has been fully repaired. We also assessed the interior walls and found no signs of mold. In coastal homes, bubbling or rippling can sometimes occur due to the high humidity levels common in our area. While we understand not everything could be resolved during your visit, please know that your feedback has been reviewed with our team. We take guest concerns seriously and are always working to improve the experience for future guests.

CONS: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of kitchen supplies and hot pads. Safety is our top priority, and we're addressing the issue of nails sticking out of the flooring and on the outdoor deck immediately. We'll ensure that an adequate supply of trash bags is provided for longer stays. Regarding the secondary door without insulation, we'll investigate this matter further and take necessary steps to improve insulation for guest comfort. The units have the ability to be on AC and HEAT for it to produce heat they all have to be on the same mode. We appreciate it being mentioned so we can get instructions placed in the home for this.
