The location was great, close to downtown and near the water, with the lighthouse just a block away. The cottage is cute and has potential, but for the price, we expected higher quality accommodations. The blinds were dirty and broken, curtains needed cleaning, and the bed needs new and fresh bedding. Communication with owner was very good. We highly recommend the Seaquake Brewery for a delicious meal with great service.

The property was close to the water but you could not see it from our space which is definitely a very small studio with odd separate separate water closet and shower /sink. The bed box spring was basically setting on the floor. The sheets were clean but worn out. The kitchen area is infested with fruit flies! Could be an awesome stay if the place was cleaned up and decently furnished.

This listing is just adorable! The host is very communicative, the home is very clean, and the location is PERFECT. I mean, come on, the light house is the first thing you see off the front porch! The hot tub is just an added bonus. The garden where the hot tub is located looks like a little fairy tail!My husband and I were so happy with our stay here. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great town to visit the redwoods from - quaint but plenty of places to eat. Place was perfect size - could have morning coffee/breakfast for hitting the road. Visiting the lighthouse at low tide is a must do.
