There were hiccups during the stay which were addressed. In the spirit of constructive feedback we mentioned some maintenance & cleanliness issues such as couch & chairs could use a deeper cleaning, dishes & utensils needed to be washed before we used them. With a bit of attention to these details, it should continue to be a great stay for future renters. Overall, we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Lovely house close to everything

The house was just what we needed for a short visit with family in St Petersburg. Everything was cleaned, beds comfortable and location was perfect. Would love to rent again when we head back to visit our family.

Very Nice Home in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and located close to the beaches, the Skyway bridge, and downtown. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We would certainly stay here again!!

Great place to stay

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to go all over the city of St Petersburg within 10-25 minutes from anywhere. The host was very good to deal with and it was a great experience all around.

Family Trip

We loved the location of this property. It is convenient to the beach and downtown. We really enjoyed hanging out in the back room listening to the birds outside. The kitchen was a good size with everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here.

Nice weekend getaway

Nice quiet neighborhood. House exactly as described. Property close to everything especially Eckerd College where our daughter attends. Also, just a quick drive to downtown St Pete. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

This home is beautiful and very welcoming. It had everything that we needed during our stay. We enjoyed a lot of time out in the sunroom playing cards and domino's that we brought. Convenient location to whatever you choose to do. We would definitely come back to this house.

Trip to St. Petersburg

We had an excellent stay at the property. Convenient to everything we needed to do, Tropicana, Treasure Island, and downtown St. Pete are all so close and easy to get to. Property was just what we were looking for. Stocked with the essentials, clean, and sleeping accommodations were just what we were looking for. Couldn't over worked out better....will for sure recommend and stay again if in the area. T

Very accommodating property

Check in process was great. The house was very clean. It had everything in it that was needed. It was convenient to everything downtown St. Pete. This house is well suited for a family. The only con is the 3,000.00 deposit. We have rented a lot of places and have never seen one this high. The deposit is supposed to be refunded within 30 days, but hoping that it gets returned sooner. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean, easy

We are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. The house was recently redone so the kitchen and living spaces were pretty new. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There is a day room on the east side that got a lot of light in the morning which was very nice. It's a residential neighborhood and very quiet which we appreciated. You can walk around the neighborhood, but as a practical matter need to drive about 5 to 10 minutes to groceries, coffee, etc. The checkin and checkout procedures couldn't be easier and the host responded to our checkin question quickly. Overall a very nice place to stay in St Pete.

The house was lovely and well appointed. The only concern that we had was the ability for a disabled person to access the house and shower unassisted. The house is advertised as wheelchair assessable, but that would require the wheelchair going up over doorstep in all areas. That is not truly wheelchair assessable. in addition, if a person is bound to the wheelchair, they would be unable to enter the shower with the wheelchair and the safety bars are not placed appropriately for the safety of the person. Having said that the house was lovely and was well appointed.
