Great location for a base camp to the best of both Florida worlds. Outdoor movie theater with fire pit and BBQ. Large back deck and side deck with baby/dog gates for your convenience. Separate dining room area with large table that seats 6-8 people. Indoor laundry room with washer & dryer directly off the kitchen. Full size kitchen with quartz countertops and a Coffee Bar. Pots, pans, blender, mixer, and baking utensils for your cooking pleasure. Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Air conditioned front porch with rocking chair & pillows to relax. Extra blankets to curl up on the couch. Dedicated office space with double french doors to the back porch. Laundry room and office are away from the other bedrooms for peace and quiet. Ceiling fans, blinds in bedrooms and office and black out curtains in bedroom #1. Extra portable fan for hot sleepers. New AC unit.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete’s. The rental was exactly as described and had all that we needed. Location was close to downtown and excellent communication with owner. We would stay again!

Relaxing visit

The house was nicely decorated and bigger than I expected. It is in a nice location close to the beach and St. Pete. The outdoor space was very relaxing with plenty of shade to keep us cool.

Great stay

We needed a place to stay whlie our house was being treated for temites and could not have found a better place. Nicole the host was easy to reach and very helpful.The house was very nice and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the St Pete area

Weekend In ST Pete

Perfect stay while visiting son. Host attentive and available. Location convenient for a lot of back and forth-restaurants, beach and down town St Pete. Cottage so cute with amazing outdoor area. Loved our stay and hope to come back on our next visit to St Pete.

Great home

Just what we wanted and close to our friends. Loved all the thoughtful extras. I would make one suggestion, put larger numbers for the address. Hard to see address from the road. Will recommend and looking forward to staying again

Cozy Cottage refuge from the storm

I arrived right before Hurricane Debby came through. The host was very proactive in communicating information about the area and home and was helpful in making me feel comfortable and safe during this storm. Home is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Perfect for us


We were about 6 blocks off the Pinellas bike trial which was perfect. We were able to watch the St Pete Marathon on the trial and utilize the trial to ride to and from town.

Home away from home

We absolutely LOVED this place. We call it our four season of Vrbo. It makes you feel at home. We enjoyed the house. It is so well decorated we were very impressed with the house. The host is excellent. When we needed to get in touch with her she was very good at getting back with us. We are looking forward to staying again. It's an easy drive to downtown

Great getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed for the New year's weekend. It is a great house. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The host provided us with suggestions of places to visit and things to do. What was great is we were close to the beach and downtown. We almost just wanted to hang out at the house and enjoy the space. We would definitely come back to stay there.

Cozy, Quiet, So Many Seating Areas

Had to be in the area for 2 weeks and found this gem. It has been professionally decorated and is very cozy with so many seating areas inside and out. This home sits in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the main arteries that can get you downtown or to the beach. Of special note, the air conditioning quit working in the middle of our stay and the owner was so fast to deliver. The owner responded almost immediately to our texts and had someone out within 2 hours to fix it! Outstanding service, communication and value. It exceeded our expectations

Location: Great! Everything Else: Meh

Location and having an entire house to ourselves earned this stay very high points. In fact, I don't think wer could have asked for a better location. Unfortunately, the devil is in the details - and many of the 'special touch' details that we've experienced from other Vrbo/AirB&B stays were noticeably missing. Everything from the fact that we were not notified or given a heads up at all that heavy (VERY loud) construction was happening and would be from 6:30am-6pm each day to little things like only providing 2 Keurig pods or a bag of open marshmallows covered with dead ants (I'd attach a photo if allowed) as part of a fire-pit 's'mores kit'. I could be wrong, but it very much felt like this property was managed by a firm, not an individual - thus the detached sense of pride and 'going that extra mile'.

Weekend Trip

Came to this house for a weekend getaway with my sister. The pictures posted on here make the home seem super cute, cozy, clean and relaxing. However, that was not the case upon arrival. My jaw dropped when we pulled up after a long day of travel, flight delay etc. The neighborhood was ran down,the exterior of the home is a bit rough, grass was long and just seemed sketchy. Upon entering the home once we finally got the code to work, we walked in and it seemed to Look cute inside until we walked further in and realized how filthy it was and run down everything is. The couches & chairs were uncomfortable and broken down. The floors were filthy, hairy and our feet were black. The front bedroom bed had stuff on the comforter, dust galore on the tv, door rack, bed frame, shelves etc. The bathroom shower was filthy, grime, and hair clung up on the tiles, the towels smelled, the shelves hang as if they are broken. There was all but a drop of hand wash in the bottle. The washer and dryer .. washer was dirty and the dryer door doesn’t stay locked . We went to try and make coffee in the morning and it was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t dare make a cup out of it! The rugs were dingy, the kitchen table was dirty and finger prints everywhere. We thought we’d turn on the little candles they had and none of them worked and most were broken. The projector screen is saggy. I’d rather of stayed elsewhere. Hire better cleaners. Only pro was location to places

Our property is a historical home that we have rehabilitated to keep some of its original charm. The backyard entertainment area unique with the outdoor movie theatre and fire pit. It is fully fenced in so you can enjoy you vacation in the privacy of the property.
