Great place to stay that is convenient to distilleries on the Bourbon trail such as Heaven Hill and Willett (within 5 minutes of the property) and was a great setting near corn fields and pastures with horses and cows. I would definitely recommend it to others!

This property was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever rented. So many little extras, like cold drinks for us in the fridge, snack sized bags for us on the island, PLENTY of towels and wash cloths and everything so clean. We were travelling with our two year old granddaughter so the outdoor space was important to us and she loved seeing the horses at the property behind this VRBO. If we are ever back in the area, this is a repeat stay for us for certain!

Ella’s place was perfect for our situation. Loves the location and it made for a great place to inside in the even. Picturesque sunrise and sunsets without interference

The property was clean and the view was beautiful. We were able to go into Bardstown, enjoy ourselves and then be very close to the house. She keeps it very well stocked with snacks, soda, water and any incidentals you might need. If you want to use the firepit bring wood and a lighter. Because that is not provided. It was really lovely to sit outside in the cool evening around the fire. She was was a great communicator and very flexible. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the cleanest homes we’ve rented. The host offered added amenities such as snacks, beverages and bathroom necessities. The rooms were comfortable and the house offered beautiful scenery in remote location.

Loved the seclusion. You have a beautiful place, so quiet and well appointed. The front door view in evening was awesome. I would sit in the garage in the morning with door up drinking coffee with 2 ol' Marine Corps buddies and talk story until the ladies were up. The art fest was incredible despite the rain. We were able to connect with 1 other we Served with while there. Thank you for the reset in life. It was much needed. Perfect setting, central to Bourbon Trail

Perfect action for watching the sun rise of sun set over a beautiful landscape. Plenty of room for six adults and the host had a lot of nice touches to make us feel welcome. Minutes from Bardstown and close to many of the main distilleries. Perfect location for a long weekend get away.

Perfect for exploring Bardstown and central Kentucky

Probably the cleanest and most welcoming VRBO rental we have come across. Perfect location for exploring or just relaxing in an out of the way location, yet still very convenient to town. The amenities and snacks provided were a nice extra touch. Already planning our next booking.

Kentucky Derby Weekend

We couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay. Beautiful home that was very clean. The owner left us a gift for the derby which was so thoughtful!! I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bardstown close to everything yet away from everything. Home was very clean and neat. they also had wonderful amenities that was such a nice surprise. This will be the only place we stay when we come to town moving forward.

Excellent property

This may have been the CLEANEST VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at! Location was in the country - peaceful & beautiful - but easy to get into Bardstown. And lots of little extra touches, such as snacks, candy, & large extra thick towels. We would recommend this property & would stay here again if & whenever we might return to Bardstown.

True Bardstown

You will be staying in true Bardstown style where you can practically say you’re on distillery property. Smell the bourbon being made through the air and wake up to a view of horses in the back yard.

The perfect rental

This was the perfect vacation rental! My family and I stayed here to celebrate my fathers 60th birthday on the bourbon trail. The house is perfectly located in the country with a short Uber ride to all the distilleries. The home was lovely, and fully stocked!! I mostly enjoyed the peaceful view of the horse pastures out the large kitchen window. I would recommend this home to anyone! If my family and I are back in Bardstown, we will be staying here again!

The house was beautifully kept, generously stocked, and everything you would want from a rental. The property and view are far prettier than advertised, with horses in the backyard, and extras of everything you could want were provided. The house was spectacularly clean and well kept, and about 5 minutes outside of Bardstown. Parking was easy, entry was easy, we found all items we needed immediately and were all very happy with the space. It was comfortable for 3 couples, although the full size bed is only suitable for a third couple if they are compact. 11/10 stay and would highly recommend!!!

The house was stocked with anything someone might forget on a short trip (toothbrushes, body wash, etc) there were snacks in the kitchen. Every room smelled amazing! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time here. Well-stocked with great amenities. We enjoyed the snacks. Would recommend for folks staying in Bardstown!
