Welcome to my 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Iconic Coral Ridge, one of the most sought after and exclusive neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale! The vacation home rental offers an exceptional patio with a cascading waterfall, modern balanced seating perfect for entertaining and a sizable patio table for enjoying that fresh catch of the day over the grill.

This paradise is just 5mins to the beach, close to the Golf course, 20mins to airport, 10mins from Las Olas, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, and TraderJoes are just 5mins away! There is a large variety of restaurants and shops that can be found nearby!

The patio exudes a refreshing almost healing energy perfect to recover when you require a fantastic home with no expense spared.

An open layout boasts a fantastic pool table and large flat screen to enjoy sporting events over a game, high tops surround the table perfect for entertaining without encroaching in the family room separated by a beautiful stone fireplace. The dark woods throughout with pleasing artistic seascapes are certain to soothe the soul.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed, a sitting area & an ensuite full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Other bedrooms are downstairs - the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 5th bedroom has 2 bunk beds and an XBOX ONE with a large UHD flat screen. So no matter your age entertainment awaits.

Expansive custom granite countertops with a chef kitchen perfect to create any culinary dish with an array of Sub Zero appliances, an ice maker and a healthy contingent of cooking hardware. Enjoy the view of the pool from the breakfast nook!

Weekend GetAway

This spot was perfect for a few of my friends and family to get away to for a weekend. Close to the main spots we wanted to hit on the beach and the pool/hottub were an awesome amenity to have. I will be considering this place again in the future.

Amazing house - made our trip!!

Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette and it was the perfect experience. The place was large enough to fit our group comfortably without being on top of eachother. The kitchen was so big and great for entertaining. Star of the show is the backyard - the pool and hot tub were so amazing and elevated our experience. Host was super receptive and easy to contact Thank you!!

Great home for family get together in Fort Lauderdale

We have rented four different houses in Fort Lauderdale over the past seven years. This house was the best! Nice swimming pool and hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and great kitchen. Five bedrooms and three baths. It is in a nice residential neighborhood close to Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks and Walgreen's. Nothing fancy, so good for family and our purposes. Our group ran and walked from house everyday and spent a lot of time in the pool.

A perfect Fort Lauderdale oasis

My group of 13 had an incredible stay! We enjoyed ourselves by the pool, lounged in the comfortable living room, and cooked many meals in the large kitchen - so the space proved to be a perfect combination of fun and function. It’s also worth mentioning how insanely comfortable the beds were! Seriously, I haven’t slept that well in ages. It’s clear that Assaf has put a lot of thought into the space and has successfully created a private oasis that’s just 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Fort Lauderdale, the beach, or the night life in Wilton Manors. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. Additionally, Assaf was quick to respond to any requests or questions - definitely a 5 star host! We seriously had the best time and can’t thank you enough, Assaf!

Large house, good layout, bit old.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving for an extended family gathering. The location is in a nice area, very conveniently located. The house was a good size, 2 master suites (one on second floor), 3 other bedrooms with multiple beds in each room. The house was decently decorated, but overall it just felt old. Things worked well but not great, for example, the house was wired for a sound system but the speaker in the dining room didn't work. The cleanliness of the house could have been better. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen was decently equipped, but it was a mish mosh of utensils and pots and pans. The can opener did not work. Small things, but an example of how the house was not 'updated; for a rental at its price point.

Thank you for your review. I did contact the guest after check in, like I always do, to see if there are any issues. James responded: “Check in was good. No issues”. He never mentioned any issues during his stay, and I was unaware of any issues, until I read his review. If he did, I could have easily helped him. The sound system works flawlessly. Each set of speakers, including the one in the dining room, has a separate volume button in the vicinity of the speakers, so that guests can control their volume individually. If James had informed me about this issue while he stayed there, I could have easily referred him to this button. The pool was cleaned on the very morning that James checked in. However, there is a beautiful lush vegetation next to the pool, and if it’s windy, branches and leaves tend to fall into it. For such a case I can send the pool guy to clean it for as many times as the guest needs. But again James didn’t mentioned anything about it despite me proactively asking if there are any issues. I could have also got him a new can opener, or any other kitchen item, within an hour. I keep a crew that manages the house precisely for that reason. Generally I spend a lot of efforts to ensure that guests enjoy their stay in the house. I cater for their needs as much as I can. I could have easily resolved all of those issues only if James had mentioned them to me. Particularly when I asked. I was completely surprised to read James review, given that nothing was mentioned to me while he stayed there. I think that it’s a bit unfair. Nevertheless, I did offer James a compensation after I read his review, as I do care how guests feel.
