Welcome to this amazing beach home ! Located just steps away from the beautiful white sands of the world famous Fort Lauderdale beach. Enjoy your stay at this spacious and well equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Spend everyday relaxing at the beach or stay poolside in your own oversized, resort style, saltwater heated pool. The yard is completely fenced and gated for privacy. Lush tropical landscaping and tall palms surround the property and will make you feel like you have found paradise. The home is a short walk to some of Fort Lauderdale’s best restaurants and spa experiences. Grab brunch on the beach, get a massage or have a glass of wine with a fabulous dinner overlooking the ocean. All within walking distance. You are minutes away from everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
The second you walk through the front door you are greeted by a home that has the feel of the tropics, with an expansive view of the tropical backyard. The home is relaxed and styled for comfort. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with gas stove, updated stainless appliances and granite counters, wine refrigerator, filtered water and plenty of standard kitchen amenities that will make preparing meals a breeze. The kitchen opens to the dining room and family room. The Dining room has seating for 11. Comfortable and updated furnishings throughout the home will help you to relax. The house is equipped with flat screen smart televisions in all four of the bedrooms and family room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first one offers a king bed and attached bathroom. This bedroom also has its own separate entrance to the pool and patio. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom Three has three queen beds. Bedroom Four has two twin beds (bunk style) located on the first floor. There are also 2 more full bathrooms in the home for a total of 3 all together.
There is a washer and dryer located in the house. Please make sure you have read and understand local rules and regulations regarding vacation rentals prior to making your booking. This was a perfect house for a week-long stay near the beach for three children, my mother and my wife and me. The house was great, the backyard and pool were perfect and the beach is only a three-minute walk away.

Fun stay in Fort Lauderdale

The house was in great condition when we showed up and the location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool and made good use of the grill that was available. There was more than enough room for our group of 6 to stay comfortably and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place for some family time

This house worked great for having our kids and grandkids come to stay with us. The pool area is an oasis and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes on paved sidewalks. Jill was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend this place highly.

Beach to pool Retreat

From beginning to end, our booking and beach stay was faultless at Jill’s house. Just steps from the beach, whether it be sunrises, daytime swimming, sunsets and moon gazing, the neibourhood is delightful. The spacious house with all amenities included is situated close to great restaurants and shopping. The tropically landscaped large pool area was a delightful retreat in itself, from practicing yoga to socializing, it is a perfect space! We definitely look forward to going back

Great family vacation

My family of 12 Stayed at Jillian’s home at the end of May (7 adults, 3 kids, 2 babies). The house was very nice, with a great kitchen, living area and dining area. The home opened up to an inground pool surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful tropical plants making the backyard very private. The outdoor bbq was a nice added feature. The home is a very short walk to the beach which worked well when the littles who went back and forth between the pool and the ocean. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were no issues with our stay!

Family Vacation

We chose this property because it had a heated pool and the short distance to the beach. Although, I confirmed the pool was working and heated before arriving, unfortunately, it was not working during our stay until our last day. The beach was a short walk away. There was a wagon making the short trip easier to take the included sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella. The house is spacious, has lots of natural lighting and has plenty of room to spend family time together. Jill was always easy to contact and quick to respond to all of my questions.

Thank you for your compliments of my home and location. I do wish I had known sooner that you thought the pool heater was not working during your stay. It was not made known to me until a day and half before check out . Of course, it was looked at promptly and the temperature was was turned up for you. My pool is maintained professionally on a weekly basis. I am glad that you thought that I was easy to communicate with and addressed any of your questions quickly.

nice place close to beach

It was So nice of Jill to let us in to the property a little early since our flight was early. The pool looked beautiful BUT we really didn't use it much because the heater wasn't working properly. She did have someone come on our last day to fix it. There also was a problem with the drinking water and ice maker which she had someone come and try to fix. Overall the place is very nice and we were at the beach everyday. It is a very short walk to the beach and there are chairs and plenty of towels and sand toys at the home. There was plenty of soaps and laundry detergent and shower essentials All provided. We had a great trip from Ohios cold!

The Flood of 2023

Our overall stay was okay. I will say the house was fine, overall clean, good location etc… However, I will say the pictures of the property were a little deceiving. The owner was great in responding to any issues, including the pool issues we had throughout our stay. We were really only able to use the pool for a day and half and filter began not working and then the rain/flooding began. We had 6 children with us looking forward to having the pool daily so you can imagine they were disappointed once pool stopped working. Weather was not on our side, totally not anyone’s fault except good ole nature.

Dear Ashleigh, As you know, unfortunately, during your stay, Fort Lauderdale experienced the rainiest days in the State’s history. For good reason, it was referred to as a “Once in a 1000 year” rain event. Obviously, the rain was unprecedented and unusual to say the least. It was extremely atypical, as we usually have an abundance of warm and sunny days. Before this rain event happened, we went for almost 3 months with no rain at all. Sadly, many homes and businesses had major flooding events. We were extremely fortunate to have no issues other than the pool filling with too much water from the rain. Given the weather for a part of your trip, I can certainly understand how the six children with you would be disappointed that they had limited use of the pool. You mentioned that the pool stopped working – the pool did not stop working but the filter did have a difficult time during the rain event to keep up with all of the rain as the water levels rose quickly. You referenced some of the pictures on the website not being an accurate depiction of my home. I’m not exactly sure what you mean by that but we certainly do not show rainy pictures like you experienced on the website simply because most days are sunny and beautiful in southern Florida. I am glad that you enjoyed the location of the home, it’s cleanliness, it being so close to the beach and your acknowledgment that I tried to accommodate any issues for you to make your stay the best I could, given the unusual weather. When I visited the home to help you with the thermostat, your co-guests expressed how lovely the home was – that was very nice to hear.

Amazing

I can’t say enough about our stay and experience with Jill! Jill was prompt at responding to every need, she answered all of our questions quickly and was extremely helpful during our stay! The location is great! You are not too far from anything! The beach being within walking distance was great! The home came with many items we could take to the beach with us, the wagon was a huge help! The pool in the back of the home is like it’s own resort! There was plenty of shade and privacy. The home has a very fun, coastal vibe. We had a party of 10 and everyone had enough space and each person had a bed to sleep in. The home was clean and when we arrived and everything we needed for our stay was supplied in the home. The home is spacious and very nice. Jill is an amazing host and she made our week long trip so smooth. I know there has been recent talk about the seaweed in Florida, we went to the beach every day and found no problem with the sea weed! If you are planning a trip to Florida, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this home! You get a great location close to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. and you get a host who is there for your every need! I will definitely be looking to stay here again! Spacious and close to the beach!

We rented this house the week of June 17th for my parents 50th Anniversary celebration. There was enough space for the 3 families and 9 people total. The home is used but well cared for. If there was an issue (minor ones), the host was very responsive. Our two main complaints were the mosquitos in the backyard (we stayed following the horrible rain storms) and the air conditioner unit kept shutting off in the middle of the night so we had to adjust it. I messaged the host about it and she was quick to respond. Ours at home does the same thing at times and we have to reset it. We enjoyed our time in the house and backyard cooking meals together, sipping coffee and playing in the pool all hours! The house was a great space for us and it was super close to the beach. My parents who are 75 and 82 were able to walk to the beach multiple times without concern. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets there. The house came equipped with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas that we used and added a couple of boogie boards to! There were a few restaurants within walking distance that we also enjoyed. Uber rides were cheaper than parking to go to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea or down to the shops off the main street. Great location, nice house, wonderful memories made!

Nice Fort Lauderdale home

This property was great for our group of 8 adults looking to be close to the beach and night life. Everything was either a walk or short ride away. The back yard pool and patio space is awesome to hang out day or night and is the highlight of the property. This is not a new house, so there are some quirks here and there, but they don’t get in the way of a nice stay. Jillian was easy to contact and very responsive. We recommend this property.

Perfect for our 2 families

We stayed with two families of four including 4 teenagers. The house has a lot of character and is less than a block from the beach. The pool was the highlight of our stay and a lot of time was spent in and around it. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only problem was with the door code and it was probably my fault. The owner was very responsive and it was cleared up right away. We’re so glad we found this place!

Great place great location great host

From the moment we pulled in we knew we picked the perfect location. The house is right on the main road to everywhere, morning jogs, dunes for happy hour, matoranos for dinner, literally houses to the beach and far away enough from the hustle that it’s safe for kids to run back and forth to the beach on their own, 5 min drive to los olas for even more fun. Pool was great, decor was great, house was equipped great and sleeps so many, it was perfect for 6 adults and 2 teens and could of fit more if needed. We would def rent again. Thank you!

Totally stunning and relaxing

This property is absolutely beautiful and inviting. No need to go anywhere as all your needs are met here. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach is less than 10 min. Plenty of room for family and fun activities. Hated to leave but We will be back!
