Our stay in The Carriage House was wonderful. Sandy was very responsive, taking care of everything we needed almost immediately. The location was fantastic. We could walk to Lake Michigan beach, shops, and many great restaurants. We also enjoyed the air conditioning on hot days. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience. Booked this house for Labor Day weekend, so I could take my 9 year old son fishing. We were both very excited about our weekend. We drove 3 hours, just to find out the owner had canceled my reservation. Could not find another place to stay during the holiday weekend. We literally had to sleep in the truck, then just drove home the next day. I told them to call me and I left my number, so we could discuss it. No call of course. I am extremely easy going and normally would never leave a bad review, but I feel people should be made aware that this is a possibility.

Great Location

We loved staying at this property and the location to all of the wonderful amenities Frankfort has to offer. Just a short morning walk to the bakery for donuts or down to the boats to fish. We stayed with our three little kids and they especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!
