Pet Disclosure:
We love pets and welcome them at "All Decked Out!" That said, all pets must be declared on your reservation. A $150 pet fee will be added to any stay that includes a pet. Thanks for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone! We look forward to hosting you soon.

House is spacious and has tremendous views of the lake. We were situated in a very quiet neighborhood and were able to enjoy the quiet and relaxed pace of the area.

Living that Lake Life!!

Our family had a great time We loved the house and the location. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions. Boat rental was a breeze at Wateree Marina. We will stay there again for sure!!

Carolina Motorsports Park

House was cute. I am assuming they unfortunately received some damage from storm, but nothing that hindered our stay. Worked for us as we had an event at the motorsports park and were fortunately able to park trailers in the road infront of house.

Very relaxing interlude!

Visited Camden SC to go to the Boykin Nationals - while this house was a little but out of the way for the event, the ambiance, cleanliness and responsiveness made it a great stay for us. Hope to be back at the Nationals again with our dogs and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great quiet lakeside retreat

This little house doesn't live little. 4 bedrooms have plenty of space, a large porch and outdoor entertainment area, and a VERY well stocked kitchen make it an awesome place to stay. We will definitely keep this one on the list to revisit.

Wateree Family Vacation

Beautiful Lake Wateree home. Very easy access. Close to a few stores just in case you forgot something like us. Very spacious for our family of 8 so you don't feel like you are always in someone space. Nice modern updates. Would defiantly rent again !!! Thank you for wonderful memories being made.

Fantastic Kitchen

Area extremely nice and quiet. Owners are very responsive. The dock listed as need repair is an understatement , it was unusable. The waterfront had trash and boards with nails and debris. Definitely not pet friendly. We had brought our boat and couldn’t keep there as we planned. The detail areas mop boards and sliding foot tracks need cleaning. The yard is also is need of major TLC. The 2 refrigerators are a huge bonus We would definitely stay again if outside was in better condition and dock is totally fixed

Awesome house with unusable dock

We were disappointed when we showed up to a property that was not as described. The photos in the description show a great dock. In the property details it encourages the renter to bring their boat/jetski. There is not a picture of a broken in half and unusable dock. When I contacted the owner to see if she knew the dock was damaged, she replied that it was clearly listed in the description. I went back and looked at the listing and at the very end it stated that the dock sustained damage during Helene, but that repairs are scheduled. We had plans to visit friends during our stay but there was no where for their boat to dock. My son wanted to go to the lake to go fishing for this birthday weekend, but there was no dock to fish from. I was even more surprised to find out that the owner is a realtor, yet did not properly disclose that the dock was not useable. She was, however, quick to respond to my VRBO messages and was very polite. The house was fantastic and the views were amazing. The company was excellent, so we made the best of the situation. We loved the property and the location and would love to purchase it. If the yard had some much needed maintenance and dock were cleaned up, it would be the perfect little weekend get away.

Just as described and more!

Our family of seven and two grand pups enjoyed a five night four day stay at this fun home. From the moment we came into the house everything was spit spot and looked lovely. The open concept kitchen, living and dining room were perfect for our family. It allowed us to interact with one another while preparing meals. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted including extras like sugar, coffee creamer, peanut butter, spices oils, and such. Everyone slept great on the beds and all enjoyed having their own room with good sized closets. The two bathrooms are perfect size with wonderful showers, plenty of hot water and enough towels for everyone. It was so nice to have an extra refrigerator, that I do not remember being in the listing, but it was great to find. As well as a washer and dryer, which came in very handy with beach towels and such. It was so nice to have the wraparound deck and we used it quite a bit. It was also great to have the two kayaks available for us and they worked out well. We had the best time and enjoyed the house very much. I highly recommend you choose this home for your next Lake Wateree vacation. You won’t be disappointed!
