This 2nd floor studio is located at the Inn at Silvercreek in Granby Ranch. It is 495 sq ft. The Resort was built in 1982 and the building reflects this. Inside the condo has been recently renovated and is stylish and cozy. The resort offers many amenities including pool, hot tubs, an arcade, a gym and even a barber shop. The location is about 5 min from the Granby Ski area, 20 min to Grand Lake and 30 min to either RMNP or Winter Park. Sorry no pets.

The studio itself is on the 2nd floor. It provides up to 4 guests with an cozy and comfortable stay. There is a queen sized Murphy bed and queen pull-out couch both appointment with soft bedding to provide a good nights sleep. The bathroom is stylish with double sinks and a roomy shower/bath tub. The warm inviting interior has a rustic vibe comfortable seating across from a wall mounted TV and fireplace perfect for relaxing after your adventures. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal if you choose. There is also a dining table to eat or play card games at the end of a long day.
The Inn at Silvercreek is in Granby Ranch about 5 min from the base of the ski mountain. It was built in the 80âs and the common areas and decor reflect this. Please see the photos prior to booking.
Guest access
Guests have access to all on-site amenities at The Inn at Silvercreek including heated pool, hot tubs, gym, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts. Also on-site are a barbershop, restaurant and bar and arcade. Please keep in mind the that days and operations for the restaurant and shops are subject to change.
Other things to note
No pets. No smoking. Trash bin is located in bldg E. Coin operated washer and dryer, and ice machine are located on the first floor of building D. Elevators are two doors down at building D. Like most mountain homes we do not have AC for our summer guests. We have found that opening windows at night to capture the cool mountain air and closing them in the morning will keep the unit cool. In addition fans are provided for comfort. Due to fire code you may burn pre-fab logs only. You may bring your own or purchase them at the grocery store across the street. They may not sell them if there is a fire ban in place.
