Our cozy home is centrally located in Dyersville, IA, home of the Field of Dreams. Our house is newly remodeled and ready to host. We offer 2 beds/ 1 bath and a sofa sleeper. Our little home is perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeklong business trip stay. We are minutes and walking distance from downtown Dyersville where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars and walking trails. We are located 4 miles from the famous Field of Dreams site and walking distance to the city park.

Remodeled one level home to fit your needs. Small and cozy right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood.

Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook. The house was very clean and super cozy! We really enjoyed all the local places to shop and eat. It was also fun being so close to the Field of Dreams they had various baseball movies and books as well as board games. Definitely had an amazing stay through and through and will be back again for our next stay in Dyersville!

Cute and Cozy! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property owners was great. Clear expectations for check-out. Clear directions on literally everything to do with the property. If we are ever in Dyersville for another Field of Dreams Tournament, this will be the only property we would want to stay at. The bedding was super soft. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The property was close to everything that we needed to access. Exactly what we needed.

It was a beautiful house. updated and well kept up. It was a nice addition that they provided us with soap, paper products, and coffee. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Dyersville.

This little house is indeed a cozy home in the heart of Dyersville. This is a great location. It is safe and in a quiet, older neighborhood with lots of big trees. Easy access to everything. We walked to the soccer fields by the church, where there is a walking path. Also walked to the local coffee shop (Brew & Brew).The Field of Dreams was a short drive. Every morning, we would sit on the front porch to start our day. The house is well-maintained and spotless. We enjoyed our stay.

Field Of Dreams Baseball Trip

Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). The house met our needs and was very clean/comfortable! Host was very prompt in answering our questions! Would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Dyersville again!

Ideal for Field of Dreams Baseball Travel

A clean, convenient, and comfortable home to enjoy when visiting Dyersville for Field of Dreams baseball. It was an ideal location for our games at Westside Park and Field of Dreams movie site skills challenge. The home was just as described, and the hosts were great to communicate with. I don’t think our son’s baseball team will travel from Detroit to Dyersville again, but if we did we’d book this same home!

Perfect location for Dyersville baseball tournament

Spent 2 nights here for our son’s baseball tournament and it was a great find! Baseball fields, downtown, grocery store all minutes away by car and 10-20 walking. Home was clean and neighborhood was quiet- would highly recommend!

Perfect for our stay.

We were in town to help our son and his family move in to their new home. Location for us was perfect. This property is very well maintained, clean and cute as a button. Two things needed: A can opener. Washcloths and hand towel. ( only one of each) Plenty of bath towels and the shower was great!

Property is very clean and well maintained. Very quiet in residential area but close to downtown and other attractions. Comfortable bed, large kitchen, pleasant living room area. Bathroom a bit small. Used street parking which is well lit. Would recommend especially for couples

The home was exactly as advertised, cozy and comfortable. It was clean and check in was a breeze. The hot water was instant and the shower was heavenly. We did feel the home could use a few more kitchen cooking supplies but overall it had everything we needed. Also could have used a box of Kleenex. Would definitely rent again!
