Located 4 miles from the Field of Dreams Movie Site & 1 block off downtown Dyersville with restaurants, brewery, & other attractions.

Full condo rental. Private 300sq ft outdoor terrace on upper level overlooking the North Fork Maquoketa River, Basilica of St Francis Xavier, and unbelievable sunsets. A true gem in Iowa!

Duplex designed to host two families or one large family.

100" TV (Roku TV) in the open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. King size bed and 55" Roku TV in the primary bedroom. Queen over queen bunk beds in the second bedroom along with a twin-to-queen trundle bed. Also, 55" Roku TV in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have giant closets with additional roll away beds.

BYOP (Bring Your Own Password) for streaming services. All three TVs are Roku TVs in Guest-Mode so when you check out, all the streaming apps with automatically logout.

Daily trains do run on the north edge of Dyersville. Several run during the day starting at 5:00am and the last one is typically around 10:00pm.

Second bathroom has a full bath, washer and dryer, free for use. One laundry pod provided to start the first load of laundry when you leave. Please bring additional pods if you wish to do your own laundry during your stay.

There's access to the public outdoor patio on level 3 which overlooks downtown and the Textile Brewery....but why would you with your own private terrace on the top floor overlooking the North Fork Maquoketa River, the Basilica, and downtown Dyersville.

Approx. 4 miles from The Field of Dreams Movie Site.

When you arrive, there will be plenty of available free parking spaces. There is also EV charging stations on the premises. There is a lock box that you will open and take a fob to gain access to the building. Upon check out, you will return the fob to the lock box. The front door of the unit will have a smart lock that you will receive your code from AirBnb. This will be your code throughout your stay.
