An easy walk to the football stadium or the bus line. This spacious 3 bed/3 bath home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Inside there is a large gourmet kitchen with huge island and plenty of seating. Open floor concept includes a lower level family room and an entry level living room which leads to a private, fenced in backyard with fire pit,picnic table and more seating. The primary suite is large and luxurious. Lower level includes a laundry room.

The layout of the house is fantastic. Main level is open and comfortable, and the backyard is fantastic.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Ann Arbor!

My family had a great time staying here. The house was super clean, comfortable, spacious, easily able to accommodate our big group and variety of ages (11 to 90 yrs), and full of natural light. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking meals, which we greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic - quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to campus and the stadium. Thank you, Linda!

Ann Arbor Football/Graduation Dream House

Gorgeous home located about a mile from EVERYTHING in Ann Arbor. Linda is the kindest and most responsive host you’ll have. The pics don’t do it justice, house can EASILY sleep 12 and has a great outdoor space with a propane fire pit too! A must stay, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

So much fun being able to walk to the Big House!

My family and I stayed at the property for the University of Texas v. University of Michigan football game and had a wonderful time. We loved being able to walk to downtown Ann Arbor and the Big House from the house. The backyard and jacuzzi were a nice addition. Everything was very clean, and we had plenty of room between the 3 floors for the 10 of us. We played games at the kitchen table and would definitely stay at the property again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Absolutely perfect, great location, amazing host

Our group had a fantastic experience staying at Linda’s home. It’s super clean, spacious, and modern. We were in town for a football game and it was incredibly easy to either Uber and/or walk to where we needed to go. Linda was also so easy to work with throughout the planning process, as well as during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Ann Arbor! It’s a gem!

Great Stay for Game Day!

We had a great time in Ann Arbor at Linda’s home. Linda was responsive and very clear about all things related to the house. She also let us store our bags in the garage before check-in and after check-out which was very kind. Our group had a wonderful time. Space was a little tight with our group of 10, but it is perfect for a group of 8, so just something to keep in mind! Also the hot tub is listed as an amenity but is not for guest use so I’d recommend not having that listed. Otherwise we had an amazing trip and Linda was a wonderful host!
