Great recently remodeled house with close access to U of M. 5 BR / 5 Bath was wonderful for 5 couples. We all had our individual space, but were able to enjoy time together in the LR, kitchen, and back patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful neighborhood

Close to the U of M campus. Grocery stores and restaurants close. Check in was seamless. We would stay there a second time.

We unfortunately had a negative experience with this host and property. First, when I requested to book the property, I was encouraged to share some personal information so the host would be more likely to accept my request, which I obliged. However, after my request went through, the host raised the original price of the rental property by hundreds of dollars and callously blamed the Vrbo app. I understand that the host has a right to do this however it seems incredibly unethical and greedy considering the host listed their property for over 1.3 million last year. My second awkward interaction with the host came after I decided to rent the property despite the bait and switch price. I was then confronted by the host about suspicions of a party at the property. The host claimed Vrbo flagged my reservation but failed to provide any evidence/screenshot of said “flag.” When I expressed feeling perplexed and unsafe about this accusation, the host proceeded to encourage me to text outside of the Vrbo app, which is obviously not advised and definitely didn’t make me feel any safer, especially from a legal perspective. Even though I didn’t agree to texting on the side, the host proceeded to text me on my phone, which is not listed in my profile. I don’t understand how the host had access to my cell phone number.The property itself smelled like a campfire. A window was left cracked open and half of the bedroom windows lacked any curtains and bathrooms lacked trash bins.
The trash bin was already overflowing at the property so we took our trash with us. Plus, we were already pretty creeped out.

Great Getaway in Ann Arbor

Our stay at Burns Park was great. The house was nicely decorated, comfortable and had plenty of bathrooms and rooms. It was also within walking distance to the stadium and University of Michigan.

Amazing beautiful home

This listing is so fabulous I am tempted to be selfish and keep it all to myself! This is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom home, it looks straight out of a magazine, with a kitchen that made me want to forget why I have traveled to Ann Arbor and instead stay “home” and roast a chicken. The host was delightful and responsive. Perfect stay!

Amazing stylish well appointed house!

This was our 3rd stay at this property, and for this last stay we were celebrating Thanksgiving. It felt like we were hosting a “magazine ready” Thanksgiving, it’s a beautiful brand new home with gorgeous bathrooms, fabulous chefs kitchen and tons of natural light in a great neighborhood. Host has always been a delight to communicate with.

Beautiful clean home in great location

Stayed in this beautiful home with Michigan friends. Everything was amazing. Space, cleanliness and location of the home were perfect. We walked around campus, went to the Michigan game and cooled at home. Our host was very responsive! Would love to come back next year! Go Blue

Amazing home.

We had a completely wonderful stay in Ann Arbor. Our host did an amazing job of communicating. The home itself is spacious, very clean, and laid out perfectly. The home is also walking distance to Michigan Stadium, which made it highly convenient. All in all, highly recommended.

Work Conference for 10

The house was very very nice! We had a group of 10 for a four day three night work conference at UM and there was more than enough room and bathrooms for everyone, given beds were shared. We did have to reach out to the host Emma for a few things that weren’t included in our initial check instructions like the door code and wife, but she was very responsive and quick! The house itself, furniture, fixtures and design etc were all top notch and made for a very luxury feel. 10/10 would stay here again!

Gathering of friends

We booked this property in order to visit with a friend who lives in Ann Arbor. The neighborhood is cute with beautiful homes. The host was very responsive to our questions and very kind in granting us flexible check-in and check-out times. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The backyard patio is comfy with a dining table and a fire pit and logs. Inside there is A/C, which was great for the hot weather when we were there. It was a perfect location for our gathering. We were able to explore Kerrytown and their farmers market there. Disappointing and Misleading — Not Worth the Price

We stayed at this property in Ann Arbor this past weekend and were extremely disappointed. The listing shows beautiful, high-end furniture throughout the home, which was a major factor in our decision to book. However, when we arrived, we found that all the furniture had been swapped out for cheap, straw-like patio furniture—completely different from what was advertised.There was no comfortable seating area anywhere in the house. We couldn’t even gather as a family indoors and ended up going to nearby coffee shops and restaurants just to find a place to sit and talk. When we came back to the house, we had no choice but to go straight to bed or stand.To make matters worse, this property is priced at over 1,000 a night. At that rate, I do not expect to be sitting on outdoor-grade furniture inside the home. It felt completely unacceptable for the premium we paid.I reached out to the host to raise the issue and was met with silence—no response and no explanation. The lack of accountability and misrepresentation is unethical at best.This stay was not what we paid for, and I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a comfortable or premium experience.
