NEW Seasonal or yearly pool home rental available starting June 2026! The Pink Pearl is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.

Bright and cheerful home with saltwater pool and separate pool house with bathroom (optional for discussion) to expand your outdoor living space. Located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood near the beach, you'll love the tropical oasis and pool that makes up our outdoor living space!

This brand new vacation rental, 3 bedroom/2+ bath home, sleeps 6-8 comfortably with private entrances and outdoors spaces for the whole family to relax.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) + Additional Pool House (sleeps 2)
- Primary bedroom: King Bed with full shower ensuite
- Second bedroom: King Bed
- Third bedroom: Queen Bed
- Full bathroom with shower/tub combo next to main house bedrooms
- Pool House: Twin converts to King Bed with full shower ensuite

Living Spaces:
-Comfortable living room with large couch and smart TV spilling off the kitchen to connect the spaces
- Kitchen is open concept, and fully stocked with everything your family will need. Features brand new stainless steel appliances, ice maker and quartz countertops
- Dining room seats 6 and sits directly off of the kitchen with a rattan chandelier

Outdoor:
- Screened in front porch with seating area just outside (perfect for morning coffee)
- Full outdoor dining area (can seat up to 8 people), outdoor couch on the back patio with easy access to the grill
- Perfect pool and cabanas
- Heated pool-side outdoor shower

Optional Extra: the Pool House is the perfect addition to meet your backyard outdoor living needs with a kitchenette (mini fridge) and full pool-side bathroom.

This home has so much charm and lots of driveway and street parking. St. Pete Beach is Golf Cart friendly, so you may rent one and use it throughout the entire barrier island, all the way down to clearwater beach!

The Pink Pearl is minutes to Trip Advisors #1 Beach in the World, St. Pete Upham Beach or the famous Sunset Beaches of Treasure Island (both approximately a 3 min drive, 5 min bike ride, or 15-20min walk). Intracoastal park is 200ft away. It's also a short walk to Corey Ave. for local weekend farmers markets, local restaurants and entertainment.

Downtown St. Petersburg only a 20 min drive, and Tampa International Airport only about 30 min away!

The perfect home for your getaway!

This home was perfect! It has everything you could possibly need and being able to have a washer and dryer was great! It was chilly while we were visiting so we didn’t use the pool. The location is great as well. It is so close to restaurants and the beach!

Lovely house

We came for just under a week and the house was adorable, clean, and great amenities. When we had questions, the owner was very responsive. We love the neighborhood too. A short walk to Italian restaurants, a Thai restaurant, a brewery and a new Cuban place. At the end of the street is a bench overlooking the canal. We loved it and hope to stay there again when we return!

Comfortable Relaxing Spot

The house was super comfortable and in a fantastic location. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need which made eating in super nice. The screened in front porch was awesome for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The solar blanket helped keep the pool a nice temperature. The only thing missing was more poolside shade. We enjoyed or stay immensely! The neighborhood is super quiet and clean.

We are Janna and Darcie, two best friends (both nurses) who met in NYC and are thrilled to have a Florida beach home together. After many trips together, staying in a lot of vacation rentals, we decided to take a leap and pour our hearts into setting up our own home!

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, you'll love the tropical oasis and pool that makes up our outdoor living space!

The primary bedroom features a king size bed (can convert into two XL twins if needed), the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and smart TV, the third bedroom can flex between a king sized bedroom and office space, featuring a full sized desk, smart TV and convertible day bed.
