The MAIN SPACES OF THE HOME:
The Magazine worthy kitchen features 2 large islands, wine fridge, Viking appliances, a large open floor plan with doors that open to spectacular golf course views. There is a 65' Smart TV in the main room with an electric fireplace.
The Desert Oasis offers 3 bedrooms each with their own design personality. The spacious master suite includes a luxurious and inviting King Sized bed, a Smart TV and a show stopping Master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The second Master suite features a luxurious King bed with a private walk in shower. The third bedroom offers a Queen Murphy Bed that also can serve as an office space with a large desk and chair.
Our entertainer’s backyard features a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining table and a hot tub for chilly evenings. The pool is not heated.

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have surveillance cameras on the front exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.
Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
