LOFT STAIRS:
Please see photos of interior stairs to loft. They are built like ship stairs and may be challenging for some to navigate. The loft space can also be accessed from an exterior staircase with a traditional stair design.

GUEST NUMBERS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This property can accommodate 8 guests total. The living room sofa also pulls out to a sofa bed. Please reach out if you wish to have more than 6 guests stay, upon approval an extra fee may be incurred for the additional guests.

PET POLICY: A small/medium sized dog may be allowed with owner approval. Reach out with info about your pet prior to booking. A $100 pet fee will be inccured upon pet approval and booking. No multiples.

The neighborhood is rural.
Guests will have private access to the entire home, and property.
The first floor is a shared open concept living and dining space, complete with a wood stove available for guest use. The 1st fl main bedroom features a Queen bed, and the additional bedroom on the 1st fl has 2 twin beds. The 1st fl bathroom has a shared tub / shower combo.

The upstairs loft area features a pullout queen sofa and ensuite bathroom, with a clawfoot tub. Please note: the main, interior stairs to get to the loft may be difficult to navigate, please be extra careful and aware when booking this property with small children. See photos. The basement has these same stairs and laundry is in the basement.

Work from home with fiber optic wifi. TheTV has Roku for streaming with Netflix included and home is equipped with high quality indoor and outdoor bluetooth speakers.

The front porch wraps around the home, and is quiet and tranquil to enjoy morning coffee and the evening sunset. Take a nap in the hammock or gather with your friends and family around the outdoor fire pit. There is also a BBQ and picnic bench for guest use as well as an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. The yard space is ample, and quiet. Total relaxation awaits!
