The space
This listing is for the entire Farmhouse. The upper and lower levels are not accessible to one another from the inside of the home but are accessible from the outside. Upstairs this home has two master suites that include amenities such as king-size beds, adjacent ensuites, and walk-in showers with Bluetooth speakers and color-changing lights. The third bedroom features a king-size bed. A day bed with trundle is available in the living room for guests as well. A full-sized bathroom with a shower tub combo is accessible from the living room. This home was designed with an open floor plan to allow for large groups or events. The kitchen features a four-burner stove, double convection oven, and a large island for serving, dining, or games. The kitchen includes everything guests need to prepare meals and host events. The dining table seats 14 with additional seating available at the island. The living room features a suede sectional, electric fireplace, and TV with streaming services.
Downstairs there is 2 extra large bedrooms with a kin size bed as well as two singles that can also be made into one larger bed in each room. The third bedroom is set up with full body mirrors and tables for getting ready for an event in. There is a large couch, a bar area, and a player piano in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with tub/showers in them. Outside there is a covered hot tub as well as a large fire pit area. The farmhouse is located on ten private acres featuring outbuildings and barns.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the surrounding yards and a shared playground.
Other things to note
The hosts and their dogs live on the property and may be present during your stay. They are constantly maintaining and improving the property, but do not interfere with guests or their events. Be aware that trains and airplanes can be heard from the property.
