Beautiful views! Enjoy it all from this ideal location. Lobster and Lighthouses and oh those changing tides! Imagine your family vacation on the bay of Stockton Springs. Fishing and clamming and kayaking from the front yard waterfront. Lots of space to relax and play outside. Games available for family fun. Bike (not provided) to the Fort Point Lighthouse from the house. 1 mile to Stockton Springs Harbor with SUP and kayak rentals and a chill restaurant on the Stockton Harbor. Sandy Beach 10 minutes away for swimming and beach walking. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park is 50 minutes away by car. This is a perfect location to experience Maine!

Very pretty traditional Maine cottage. Beautiful views of the bay and lupins growingb in the yard loved drinking coffee on the front porch. The master bedroom was so pretty with lots of windows to let the sea air in at night.

Fantastic place. Plenty of room for the three of us. Good distance to both head back down the coast to explore as well as heading over to Acadia. Having the water outside the living room window was very peaceful. Several places to eat nearby or can drive 20 minutes to head into Belfast. Amazing pictures just on our phones of the stars.

Maine Waterfront Secret

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little slice of heaven in Maine. It is away from the typical tourist spots but most everything can be reached within an hours drive, including Acadia. While the house doesn’t have central A/C, all rooms cooled off at night and the unit in the downstairs living room kept it cool. Plan to pick up fresh seafood/ lobster and cook at home one evening, the sunset view is stunning and the grill works well too! The owner was easy to work with and responsive, I would recommend this home for an extended family or friends traveling together.

Wonderful Location

Beautiful and well-stocked home. Great communication from owner. We loved being on the water and saw spectacular sunsets and stars. Comfortable beds. Can't think of one negative.

Maine Cottage**

I loved this cottage. The cottage was decorated just like I thought a Maine cottage would be. The sunsets and the stars at night were gorgeous. We had a fire in the fire pit every night. The lighthouse and the park that were 10 min drive away was such a nice surprise! It was such a great getaway. I only wished we stayed longer! Patti was a great host. Easy to get a hold of when we had an issue with the alarm. We will definitely be back!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have 2 kids at Colby College (50 minutes away) and fell in love with Maine. There is so much to embrace.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Fly in and out of Bangor and miss the traffic and crowds. The house is 30 minutes south of Bangor. Off the beat and track from heavy tourism but accessible to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor as well as Camden and Rockland areas. Situated on a beautiful harbor ideal for sailors, kayakers, bikers (five mile loop around the Cape).
