Welcome to your D.C. getaway! This beautifully renovated townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Thoughtfully decorated and fully updated, it’s designed for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring the city. Step outside to enjoy the quiet backyard, or head out and find shops, restaurants, and historic landmarks just a short walk away. You’ll be less than 15 minutes from The Mall and Capitol Hill, with easy access to North Capitol Street.

  • Main Level: Bright and open with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.







  • Upstairs: Three bedrooms—one master suite with a queen bed and private full bath, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for kids or groups. A second full bathroom is also on this level.







  • Lower Level: A fully finished basement that feels like its own suite, complete with a cozy living/entertainment space, wet bar, queen Murphy bed, and a full bathroom.

Our host answered all questions promptly. It was an easy drive into the city. The amount of places to sleep was excellent for 4 adults and 2 children, ages 8 & 11 and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all. Parking was tight to access but expected in the city. It's located on a busy street with typical city noise. We did not use the kitchen much at all but it seemed to be fully equipped.

Beautiful townhouse near downtown DC

Stayed here for a long weekend. The townhouse was beautiful and well maintained, check in was easy and received good communication. Highly recommended!

This place works well for us as a working group. It is clean and spacious. It had the supplies that we need. This was our second year coming.Craig is easy to communicate with. The upstairs is warm when it is very hot out.

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with our 3 kids and found this place perfect for our family! Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and everything we needed to be comfortable after lots of exploring all day. The metro is just a short walk away and the house is very clean and updated! The owner is super responsive with any questions you may have too! Highly recommend!!!

Host experience was unacceptable my family and I slept in our cars our first night because we were locked out of the Home.I tried calling throughout the night I did reach a vrbo representative who was helpful and did try and assist..still no luck..we ran our cars to keep warm in below 60degree weather my 72 year old mothers medication that she needed to take before bed time was in the home all of our belongings including pocketbooks and credit cards because we couldn't take any bags in the venue we were attending that night only to return and be locked out I have requested a refund for this night the host told me she would call to discuss still no call its been 2 weeks my trip was everything it wasn't suppose to be I am requesting a full refund im so unhappy and will visit a hotel for my next stay where there is always management available.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We spent most of the days sightseeing and reaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals and reheat leftovers. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for families

Great accommodations, excellent location, and comfortable space for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again for our next visit to DC. Easy to access the sights of DC, good restaurants within reasonable walking distance in the area, as well as access to stores for grocery & other needs. Easy to communicate with our host. Christmas in DC

The Cherry Blossom Comfy Townhouse was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very clean which is extremely important for us. Close enough to walk to the Metro for trips to the Monuments and Museums. Great property and terrific hosts that responded quickly to questions. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Amazing Getaway Spot

This townhouse was absolutely stunning! Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a great stay. It has all the supplies that we needed for a 5-night stay so we did not need to purchase anything outside of food. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Fort Totten metro stop which is super convenient and there is a metro bus stop less than a block from the home. I would absolutely stay here again. The homeowner was easy to reach and super nice as well.
